I have just secured rental of a flat in a building I really wanted to live in and I have had the best service from Brook, he has been kind and patient all the way through the application and reassured me all the way through, I haven’t rented for a while and have needed a bit of help and reassurance and Brook has been fantastic. Every person in the office that have taken my calls have been warm and friendly and my questions have been answered quickly. We have recently used Wren Lettings to help us find somewhere to rent in Bournemouth. We were helped by Brook who, from the day he showed us around the flat to the day we moved in and beyond, has been unfailingly professional and personable, he never made us feel inferior for being tenants rather than owners. I 100% recommend this agency! I needed to leave my ex partners house as fast as possible, and the search for places to rent as a single mum of two, was taking it’s toll on me! Until one day I decided to cross the road and visit the agency, I asked about 2 bedrooms and the lady very kindly said “we don’t take requests in person, all our enquiries are made online”. I said thank you, and was on my way out. I might of looked devastated, because really, I was! She said “wait” what are your circumstances? I explained, and very promptly she decided to help me, saying there would be a property available soon. I did the whole process and I got to move to my own home with my girls. This lady and Marcus were so kind to me, and maybe for them they were just doing their job, but for me they were giving me my life back! I have been very happy since I moved! Any issues the agency takes care of everything instantly, good communication! I used to hear horrible stories about state agencies, but not all agencies are bad! 100% recommend!

This was my first experience in the rental market and as a result I was nervous and anxious about the daunting task ahead, clearing a property and getting it ready to rent out. Wrens we’re amazing. I made contact with Wren for the rental of our property in Bournemouth. Marcus was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made a massive effort to get the flat rented. All the Team under the boss Toby are very approachable and accessible and always deliver what they promise. It was refreshing and to not have to work with the bigger brands, who don't display the same care and interest. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had an awful experience with this agency. Booked a viewing 3 times and first time they forgot to tell me they’d cancelled it and the other two times they made various excuses so I couldn’t view the property. When I finally got to view it, they had given it to another person and did not have the decency to let me know. I emailed to ask about the property and Pat sent a very blunt one line email back. Very unprofessional.

Extremely pleased with service received from Toby and Marcus and team at Wren lettings. They helped me secure a property for my daughter and guided and supported us through the process ( as this was first time renting - we needed guiding ! ) . Once we had keys and got into property we identified a couple of issues with windows and door lock, I contacted Toby at Wren by email and received prompt response and a glazier was sent to rectify the problems. There was another issue with doorbell / intercom, contacted Wren again and they got an electrician out to try fix. So at time of writing this review I am really happy with the professional, friendly and courteous service , prompt replies to emails - what more could you ask for. You hear stories of letting agents being only interested in hearing from you up until the point you sign the lease but this is not the case with Wren. I feel confident in recommending Wren lettings based on my experiences over the last month or 2.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Please please please could you return the £1470.00 to my account ,I received a text 19th of May which I appreciate , informing me I hadn't cancelled the direct debit and the money would be returned at a cost of £5 , I have not received this in my account and still await my deposit back .Having had the most traumatic experience with wrens I feel this is the only way to contact you or go legally which will add more trauma on top of ongoing serious health issues.
