GoogleIn one word - Amazing! We're in difficult situation, because we needed to find new apartment to ren in short time period. With puppy it's not the easiest task, but luckily we got in touch with Mr.Toby Slade from Wren Lettings and in just 1 week we could move to our new home. Communication was fast, direct, questions were answered as soon as possible. Mr.Slade quickly went through our situation- quick move and puppy πΎ with the landlord and we had answer almost immediately. It was wonderful to work with such nice people! Thank You so much again!

GoogleThis letting agents let you down completely thinking about the money first thatβs all!!!! Made an appointment for viewing and said I was the first person at 5pm the night before I was gonna view they called to say it was cancelled as they have already let the property! Why didnβt u call and ask me to view earlier or make the appointment sooner Thought I was the first didnβt even give you a chance Waste of time!!!!!!
Whilst we understand the frustration of applicants that are unsuccessful and the reactions, the landlord in this instance had been let down on a number of occasions and chose to secure it without delay. You may have been the first to call however you were not the first to view it nor were you scheduled to be. All the best, Toby

GoogleMy partner snd I rented an apartment in Southbourne through Wren for 5 months over Xmas whilst we were house hunting. From initial viewing, throughout the tenancy and end of tenancy, Wren's staff were attentive and very efficient. Any issue or queries we had was dealt with promptly. Through my work, I've had to rent apartments in UK and abroad. Wren is up there with the best I've used. Highly recommended

GoogleI let a house out for 18 years whilst I was abroad, and during the time Wren's have been my agents I have received excellent service from them. There are several members in the team and I have dealt with all of them throughout the years. Communication has been wonderful from all team members. I think I only had 3 or 4 tenants in all this time. I was always kept informed of problems, repairs that needed doing etc, which has meant that I have returned to a good property.
