GoogleSince my first meeting with a Westcliff estate agent to moving out of the property 6 months later I have been lied to, called a liar, hung up on and told I have awful phone manner. For my job I am a personal claims adviser at a private medical insurance company where I do very well on the phone when talking to all the stressed sick people. Never before have I addressed a verbal complaint to a company and literally been asked 'what do want me to do about it'. Unbelievably awful service on all fronts, slow/non-existent resolution of problems, unexpected visits, fictional issues.... I really could go on. I would beg anyone reading this to please avoid this company at all costs.

GoogleA friendly and well run establishment. The block was always clean, tidy and I never had a problem with any of the communal facilities. Plus all of the girls in the office where very polite and approachable and are always on hand to deal with any issues as and when they may arise. Would recommend strato to students and working professionals alike. Have really enjoyed my time here. 👍

GoogleStrato home was very helpful. They helped me find the house easily and quickly. Especially, Luke was kind and handful, also answered my questions by email immediately.

GoogleUnpleasant, they do not return the entire deposit, they do not attend to breakdowns, very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

GoogleLara & Vicky are the go to ladies if looking to rent your property. They have looked after my let property for the last 2 years with no issues at all. They are very professional and certainly know their stuff. Cannot fault them at all and very nice to deal with. Would certainly use again. 5 stars

GoogleShame I couldn’t give them 0 stars. Micky mouse company. Rented for 5 years and they stole my deposit. Never missed a payment. Decorated through out and treated it like my own. Shame on you. Good luck anyone

GoogleI've been with Strato now for over 18months and can only speak very highly of them. I've been mainly in contact with Vicky and Lara and they are absolute stars: they also reply very fast, take immediate action and most importantly: are always friendly and willing to listen! Can highly recommend!
