GoogleBradley at Connells had the unfortunate job of selling an equity release home owned by a company that made his job extremely difficult. We felt by the time we got to exchange everyone in the office was rooting for us. It was a situation that would have made most people frustrated but Bradley was always helpful and upbeat.

GoogleI can't recommend enough the mortgage department and sales team. Chloe worked extremely quickly and efficiently on my remortgage and Rio valued, marketed and sold (accepted an offer at full asking) my place in just over three weeks! The team made everything so simple and easy for me and they were just a delight to work with in general. Zero hassle and I got the best offer compared to other mortgage companies and fantastic sales rates. Thank you all. I will be using you again in the future.

GoogleWarning please avoid this company at all costs, if your a landlord (or even tenant) as you can see from some of the other reviews they are running a scam by not returning deposits to landlord ad tenants. I have been trying to get the deposit back from a previous tenant who had destroyed the property. I had photos and video evidence and witness statements, plus all off the receipts to repair the damage to the flat. I asked Connells many times over a period of months for the deposit due to me which would only cover half the damage costs. They claimed numerous times that they did not have the deposit and it was held by the TDS service. After contacting the TDS service they confirmed that Connells had the deposit all that time. They have avoided called, flip flopped about information on the process of me getting my deposit back. They blatantly lied twice. I am still trying to get my deposit back, and have no choice but to pursue this further with legal action. LANDLORDS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. With his occurring regularly this is clearly a scam that they have been doing for years...

GoogleMy pregnant wife and I decided to move to Bournemouth, after couple of viewing we met James from Connells he was very friendly and professional, he paid high regard to our situation, we were so pleased to have been accepted for the flat we liked, James and the rest of the team were very helpful, completed smooth checking and when we entered the flat, it was cleaned to the highest standard, Alex at Connell also was very kind, helped us find a good GP, prepared our contract, gone online to get us information needed and wrote it for us so we can use it whee needed. Over all it was one of the experience I never thought I will have with estate agency, and I totally recommend connells southbourne.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleInitially Connells supported me in letting my property before going on to sell it. Throughout the relationship Connells were incredibly professional and always responded to any of my queries in a timely fashion. I also consider their services to be great value for money. I’d like to give particular praise to Rio. She is personable, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. 10/10 - would recommend.

GoogleJames did the viewing, negotiating with the landlord, taking holding deposits and handing over keys, from start to finish. Alex has stepped and resolved when an issue arose during the electrical check, ensuring the flat is ready in time for me to move in. I found both James and Alex are very friendly and willing to help. They even acted as a witness for my other legal documents, due to I am new to the area and do not know anyone. I feel both of them are trustworthy, yes i will recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleRubbish agency, my wife and i went all the way from London to southbourne just to view one property , half hour before our appointment with agent we were surprised by him call us and telling us that the propriety is gone And trying to offer something else instead.no thank you . We don't think they had this property in market from the first place. But they don't bother bringing people from anywhere to offer anything they want to sell. If you leave far just don't bother to travel as the property will be gone minutes before you arrive to your appointment.
