We had a really pleasant experience purchasing our new home through this estate agency. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish. A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort Rio put into helping us get everything over the line. We’re very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend the estate agency, especially Rio, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Using Connells as our estate agents to sell our house turned out to be the right choice,we did try to sell before using others but too no avail even though Connells were slightly higher in there castings we found they were up for selling it from the word off. They had already got a portfolio of clients on there books who were interested in our house which helped but 1 or 2 were time wasters which didn’t help. But eventually Rio and the team we're amazing and went above and beyond to get it over the finishing line even though we would of liked a few thousand more the market speaks for itself and house was sold and completed in October 2024 going on market in June 2024. Thanks to all at the southbourne branch.

Monday morning: Saw the property on Rightmove. Contacted the agents, who offered to arrange a viewing on that same day. Monday afternoon: Landlord showed us around the property, terms discussed. Tuesday afternoon: Holding deposit paid, agents began reference procedures. Thursday: Contract sent by agents and signed by all parties. The following Monday: Picked up keys to property. Overall an impressive experience! Big shoutout to the two wonderful ladies Lilly & Holly for banging this out so quickly under such a short timeframe. Would highly recommend!

The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agency. Head Office useless and sat on a tenancy agreement for a week and wasnt done in time to collect the keys when agreed times to collect the keys etc and had to wait for over 6 hours. all i got was that there head office is know for it and that it has always been a problem. a formal complaint email will be going through as due to there delays i have received a large invoice from the removal company for the massive delay. i personally wouldnt recommend using Connells
