GoogleI can not praise this team enough! Rio and chole are just wonderful in every way! They made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. No matter how many times I phoned or emailed they always replied straight away. I would say the process was painless having them do every for me. Both of them girls are 5 star! They are both funny yet stayed professional throughout and thank you again from the bottom of heart for helping make a dream come true. Xx

GoogleAvoid like the plague. I rented a flat from this firm, and they have a clause where you are immediately signed up to Ovo as an energy provider. In my case the landlord had requested them not to, but someone in Connells contacted Ovo and signed me up anyway. It was nigh on impossible to cancel this, and in the end I had to stick with unhelpful Ovo and their high prices. Connells offered no help to rectify their mistake, and were evasive and unfriendly, making inaccurate claims. It seems all they care about is their commission, and then they wash their hands of you. Dealing with them is difficult because they are a big firm and you might be sent round the houses, to head office in Wigan or wherever it is - rather than your local branch. I will never deal with Connells again. Other estate agents are available.

GoogleConnells and Rio were absolutely fantastic in my house sale. I've had some really poor estate agents in the post so was nervous with who to choose. The marketing was completed in just a few days and the house sold in under 5 months from when it went online. They were helpful and predestination Professional at every hurdle. GoogleVery poor for letting landlord properties. The management department failed to deal with issues to the property. Staff come and go and always a new person that needs to be brought up to speed. Landlords pay letting agents to help and in this instance I felt they were an unnecessary middle man making the problems worse and should have been paying me. Communication was so poor. Definitely poorer for using them.
