FacebookI can't recommend Blackstones enough and am very pleased we placed the sale of my mother's property with them. They were professional throughout the process, we had loads of viewings before sale, and they were really pro-active in chasing solicitors down the chain for progress towards completion. very impressed!

GoogleUnhelpful and profile you based on your looks. If you don’t look like what they think, can afford the property they will look down on you and reject your calls. They only like certain looking people. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

GoogleHaving bought our property through Blackstones, when we came to sell we decided to use them - so glad we did, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and had a fantastic knowledge of the area - sold our home for the price we wanted, in good time, would highly recommend!

FacebookSadly, they dropped the ball. Overall the people at blackstones are OK, on a positive note they are on time, they ring back when they say they will. that goes a long way. They do say they represent you as a seller and it is your best interest they have, because you pay them. In my case, I'm left with a sold house and no place to move into and my stuff in storage. I fell for the estate agents information on what was happening. It did close the deal for them though. What I have learnt, its online and direct for me next time, as when it really counted for us, they fell short. Nice fellas but listen to the solicitors not the estate agents. As I say Blackstones are always prompt the bill arrived right away.This is not a 'DONT USE BLACKSTONES' review, just consider what service is sold to get you signed up against the end product.

FacebookWhen we had another property to sell, our first port of call was to return to Blackstones who had handled our first sale so well 5 years previously. We were pleased to see the same team were still there so felt very confident about using them again. As before, we were very impressed with their marketing of the property and the knack they seemed to have to get some serious viewings of the property in a very short time. We had our buyer within a couple of weeks and the whole process was again handled impeccably with regular contact from both Ian and Gary so we were always kept in the picture with developments. FacebookMy husband and I have nothing but praise for Gary and Ian of Blackstone's they have assisted us through the selling process of our property and earn every penny of their fee. They are always polite and courteous, nothing is ever any trouble and they both go the extra mile to help their clients. If you have a query they do their upmost to solve it for you and they always call you back when they say they will.
