Highly recommend Blackstone Estate Agents. We recently purchased our new home through Blackstone and Gary was just exceptional. Really felt as though he went above and beyond to keep both us and the sellers happy. Communication was excellent. He would regular check in to ensure that all was well and ask if there was anything we needed from him. Just all round excellent customer service. Gary was also very knowledgeable. We viewed a lot of properties in our hunt for the perfect home and he was by far the best estate agent we had show us round a house. He had all the information to hand, was personable and suggested ideas. Both myself and my partner are very grateful to Gary. We will definitely use Blackstone if we ever need to sell!

Blackstone have been brilliant, as first time buyers we weren't sure what to look out for.They guided us through the whole process, Gary was always available to help us if/when we needed him. Prior to coming to Blackstone our journey wasn't the easiest however Blackstone were like a breath of fresh air. Although Ian and the team are nice to deal with and would no doubt close deals, unfortunately they let themselves down in marketing and selling our property. We don't think it's unreasonable to expect some sort of regular updates but we didn't get anything, without having to call up ourselves (we rang 2 weeks after going on market so we are not exactly pushy to be fair!!). Lastly, we haven't received our floor plan file, after paying for this, so all in all we are very disappointed and decided to take our house off the market and will go with another agent in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Absolutely fantastic. Showed us round the property without any fake sales pitch that most others seem to do, answered all questions honestly, had full knowledge of the property and chased solicitors and anybody else holding up our purchase to make our move into our first place as simple as possible. They even gave us a lovely bottle of prosecco upon completion which was a really nice touch. Couldn't recommend Gary and Ian enough!

Highly recommend Blackstones! They sold us our first property 9 years ago, then they found us our new property when we had been looking for months and kept discounting the property we are now in. Ian listened to what we needed and then was able to point us to the right property even when we couldn't find it ourselves. They had done such a great job that we decided to then switch to them to sell our property after the first estate agents not being good. They were very honest when they showed us a property and didn't pretend it was perfect and even said this isn't the one for you when normally estate agents try and convince you that every property is the property for you, they worked with you. We won't even think twice about going straight to them when we next move to help us sell. Ian was brilliant, always happy to answer any question and every phone call and also very happy to try and push it along when it's taking time. Very happy customers!

We spoke with 3 agents before choosing Blackstone's to sell our home. Throughout a fairly traumatic 5 month process Ian was fantastic. Absolutely cannot fault Gary and Ian. Initially, we were buying through Blackstone and selling through another estate agent. After being messed around by our first buyer and not being given any information as to what was happening with our sale, we chose to also sell through Blackstone as well. Gary kept me well informed, and on the many occasions I called him, nothing was too much trouble. He must have spent hours making calls on our behalf. I would definitely recommend Blackstone.
