GoogleWe instructed Rob Wood from Belvoir on Castle Lane to sell our property and from start to finish the service was very professional and friendly. We chose Belvoir as they are competitive on fees and have a high board presence in this area. Our sale went through within 4 weeks, which was remarkably quick and without any hitches. Both Rob and Sam are a credit to Belvoir. Highly recommended!

GoogleWould not recommend this company at all. It doesn’t matter if you are the landlord or the renter, It’s all about the money. Major lack of communication on their part and no one seems to know what they’re doing. They are dishonest, unreliable, and very unprofessional - customer service is despicable. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars I would!

GoogleCarl and Sally at Newstead manage 17 newly renovated Flats for me. All the properties were let quickly and the Tenants are happy with the service from Newstead. They deal with the Councils helping Tenants negotiate their claims for Local Housing Allowance. Their expert service is excellent for both Landlord and Tenant. I will be adding 12 more Flats when their renovation is completed.

Stay clear of these agents, as the statement above says they are not worth the aggravation. Rubbish customer service and making accusations and lies, even though the property was left in a more than satisfactory state. You'll be fine if you are a landlord, however if you're a tenant you will be treated like dirt.
