Googlemark from this teams attitude was horrific and the managers they sold a property without informing me even though I had email confirmation with offer accepted and I wouldnt have known until I rang them and the response was he didn't care and that he didn't need to inform me otherwise he would be going back and forth. GoogleHave just moved having purchased a property through Belvoir. I was very impressed with how hard Sam worked to keep the sale progressing. I don't think the sale would have completed when it did without his determination and tenacity to overcome each hurdle. Would definately recommend.

GooglePaul matthews needs a lesson in basic customer service. He is extremely rude and lack basic customer service skills. Refusing offers on propertys which he is legally obliged to take to the sellers. And refusing to allow me to view a property which is still available

GoogleWe approached Newsteads (now Belvoir) for a market appraisal along with 3 other estate agents, but chose Newsteads based on the knowledge and presentation made by Adam Gowhar. We were surprised at how quickly we sold our property and were constantly updated by Adam and the office with regards to viewings, the offers made and then through to exchange and completion. I would thoroughly recommend the company if you are selling. We were moving out of the area and so did not view any properties through them.
