GoogleThe worst estate agents I’ve been with so far. It was estate agency managed maintenance and they refused to fix a lock on a shared bathroom. I was there for 6 months as I paid for it all upfront and I barely stayed there because the conditions were so bad. They refused to help out whatsoever. I do not recommend

GoogleI rented for 8 months through Adams and had no issues at all. They are perfectly reasonable when it comes to maintenance and issues - which is more than can be said for a lot of estate agents. I would use them again.

GoogleI have been with Adams for over a year now and they are overly helpful, I have a tenancy which I continuously renew due to both the standard of the flat and the service I receive from the agents and Greg Adams himself which I believe is another reason the firm satisfies my tenant needs . Just an example would be the fact my shower in the en-suite broke but this was fixed in no time. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for lettings.

GooglePoor communication throughout the year. Issues with mould all over the property from arrival. Me and my housemates called up and emailed multiple times regarding it and they were very unhelpful and even blamed us for it! Took a huge amount of money off of the deposit for ridiculous reasons as well. Would not recommend, especially for uni students.

GoogleAwful for students. Had to live with mould for the whole tenancy whilst having asthma, clothing and some of our property was damaged from the mould. Was told that the landlord refused to do work to our property as his freehold was running out, yet we were still paying rent. The y claimed for so many damages that were overpriced and misleading from our deposit, they said that bed bases were not fit for a mattress to go on yet we slept fine with them, there was a slight dip that would usually occur over time with any bed base. They eventually gave us more of our deposit back after negotiations and took some money of for living with the mould yet didn't care when we lived there, until they had to make the property presentable for the next tenants.

GoogleI dont know why people are saying their bad? I've been with Adams Lettings since October last year, I've had a few problems with plumbing and Electrical but they have within 24 hours sorted the problem. They've always been extremely helpful and easy to talk to so i dont understand why people are saying they are difficult. Helpful : 10/10 Communication 10/10 Agency fees : Cheaper than most Overall Rating : 10/10 By far the best agency i have had so far.

GoogleThis is one of the worst letting agents ever. Poor service waited days and days for a shower to be fixed constant building work, incompetant builders and when our tenany was over the land lord/agency tried to rinse us for everything we had charging us for missing items that were blatantly in the inventory, good job we are fine eyed students otherwise we would have been charged way more than nescassary! Ridiculous

GoogleWould strongly recommend NOT doing any business with Adams Letting Agents especially if you are a student. Extremely high administration fees and no help with faults around their properties. Still haven't had our deposit returned to us and despite contacting them, we've had no communication about our deposit from them. They treat you like S*** and are thieving money grabbers. Do not buy or rent a property from them!
