GoogleMy parents decided to rent their 4 bedroom house out and Karen and her team have managed to find some excellant tenants. A lovely family who are keeping the place clean adn tidy and PAY their rent on time. Definately recommend to others! they may not be the cheapest but they will look after your property. :)

GoogleGreat lettings service - easy to reserve a viewing - trouble free moving and negotiations. A few property teething problems (very minor things) that have been rectified by Tia and the full management service team in place for the renting of my new flat! Well done Austin & Wyatt!

Googlehi, had no success with two agents so was told to take it off for a week, had a professional photographer come and do photos. they actually increased the price by £4500 and they sold it on the weekend. went on the internet on Tuesday afternoon. i didn't expect it to happen truthfully however we actually exchanged yesterday and complete next Friday. enjoy the bubbly lads!

GoogleFantastic service from Anna and Tia from the Austin & Wyatt Team in Bournemouth My flat was being remortgaged and needed urgent decoration in readiness for valuation and re-marketing for new tenants In the space of a 2-4 weeks the flat was fully redecorated and re-carpeted with new tenants found and moved in Following that - the property valuation and remortgage completed and fell like dominoes!

I'm a landlady and it's a pleasure for me to deal with such an organised agency who are consistently looking after my property. 3rd time lucky as have dealt with some awful agencies previously.
