GoogleI called chancellors enquiring about the properties they had available. I'm looking for something quite specific so it was moreso a call to see what was going in the area. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jess who was incredibly helpful, attentive and patient with my needs and requests. Hopefully when I find something that fits mine and my families needs she will be available for a viewing as I cannot fault the service provided thus far.

GoogleCormac from Chancellors in Botley has been consistently excellent in helping me to sell my flat. He is always polite, efficient and friendly. He understands the pressures and stresses involved in these kinds of decisions and provided helpful feedback throughout. I've never felt pushed or manipulated by him at all and would gladly recommend him and the Botley branch more broadly to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the local area. GoogleTom and the team at Chancellors have been great. Our move took longer, and with more twists and turns, than any of us expected. Tom was really friendly, with clear, straightforward and frequent communication and willing to go the extra mile (hunting for a drain cover in a garden in the dark and rain and sending a photo)

Her experience showed through, and nothing was too much trouble, from helping me with online ID verification, to going to the house late one evening with a contractor when a curtain fell down.
