Newton Fallowell sold my house almost a year ago. They took the stress and hassle of selling a property off my shoulders, managing every step professionally and in a timely manner. Really helpful people from start to finish, the photos were really flattering of our house, and the sales teams were really helpful. From calling to suggest us houses we may be interested in , and keeping us up to date of potential buyers. Due to the quickness of the sales team telling us about a house coming onto market soon, we was able to view it before it went onto Rightmove, and we have now moved into this house, as it turned out to be our perfect home! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Not the most straight forward house purchase (through no fault of NF) but Chloe was exceptional throughout the process and remained calm (when I wasn’t!!) approachable and professional. Went out of her way, not on her job description, to help alleviate some stress for me and continued to support me. Each time I’ve been in the office or rang up the staff have been pleasant and more than accommodating, and do what they’ll say they will do too! Fabulous estate agents, would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

We had a brilliant experience with Newton Fallowell. Despite a very rocky and stressful process due to solicitor mistakes, Newton Fallowell were on it and liased brilliant between us and our buyer making sure everyone was kept in the loop. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering selling their house.

Selling my home was so easy and I phoned the Boston office and spoken to Elliot that I wanted to sell my home and within a hour I had possible buyers they then came to look round my property and my house sold before going to the market Newton fallowell were so great to deal with and the best rate on selling around the Boston area I would always use this company and recommend to anyone as there are so many other estate agents with big promises they can’t fill but Ben and the team can certainly sell houses thankyou.

Have been renting flat from this agency for 2 years and never had any issues. Cristian was absolutely brilliant on sorting this place out for me and looking after it if I had any questions. He even used to get me a spare key after his working hours when I forgotten mine at work, for several occasions! Absolutely brilliant service from this guy and couldn’t fault the agency too. I can totally recommend Newton Fallowell to assist anyone in selling their property. Ben and his team were incredibly helpful, especially as my property went on the market during lockdown regulations. Ben was always prompt with emails and replies. In such exceptional times and with a completed sale, as my house turned out to be, Newton Fallowell went above and beyond to help conclude the sale.

From my very first contact with Jordan at Newton Fallowell, I was blown away by his professional yet friendly approach. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We were very impressed with Newton Fallowell, Boston, right from the first meeting, they were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The photographer used was amazing especially the drone footage taken. To make sure they knew the property two other members of the team came to look at property. All staff were amazing and they kept in contact at all times, we can highly recommend them. Our property sold within 3 weeks, so very pleased. Thank you to all staff at Boston, you were amazing.

Right from the first point of contact and up to completion, they were very helpful and kept us updated at every point. They also phone back when they say they will which is really important as far as I'm concerned as communication is very important during the stressful time of buying a property.
