Claire, Chloe and the team were amazing throughout the process as a whole, knowledgeable on any issues with weekly updates about progress. The team were also extremely supportive and effective when a sale fell through at the last minute managing to find and secure a second buyer to avoid a chain collapse. All in all, I would recommend them every time someone was thinking about selling or buying.

I can't speak highly enough of Fairweather Estate Agents, and the outstanding service they delivered. From the initial valuation meeting, I knew that Hayden was fully aware of the market trends and that his team could sell my property for it's true worth. We had some extraordinary challenges along the way, but the support of Claire, Sophie and Chloe was unbelievable right through until completion. The team are super professional, very informative, totally focused on getting things done, passionate about their jobs, and above all delightful people. We highly recommend Fairweather’s based in Boston if anyone is looking for an estate agent. They have been remarkable since I phoned and spoke to the lovely Sophie while searching for a property closer to schools. She truly is the loveliest lady, and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe then showed us around a beautiful property that was perfect for us; Chloe was brilliant! And so lovely to our children! Chloe and Sophie continuously chased up all solicitors and estate agents in the chain to ensure there was progress made each week. Chloe would then phone us weekly, updating us on everything. Chloe went above and beyond for us, arranging extra viewings for our child to view the property to adjust to the new place gradually, and even cleared out the big pile of rotten wood & rubbish that had been dumped in the garden so our little ones wouldn’t get hurt on in when we moved in! The team here really are so much more than your average estate agency! This was our 3rd purchase, and we have never received such service from any agency like this one!!!

From the first phone call to list our house Claire was ‘on it’, professional yet warm and friendly. Claire has a knack for seeing beyond bricks and mortar; she sees the home and presents it as such in the sales particulars. Within 48 hours we had our sale. Chloe took over from this point, she was super attentive and kept us up to date on all stages of our house sale. Claire and Jade were absolutely brilliant throughout our purchase, which through no fault of their own has been very long and very frustrating, they were both supportive and honest throughout the whole purchase and made sure we were comfortable with everything happening. We are now in our new house and so pleased we have made the right choice - which has definitely worked out to be for the best!! I purchased a bungalow for my dad in 2017 and was very impressed with Fairweathers who were marketing it; so it was an easy decision to use them when I came to sell it in 2024. Claire greeted me like an old friend and got the process underway very professionally in what was a difficult time for me. Chloe took over the day to day contact, arranging viewings and following them up. We had a buyer in less than 2 weeks and the service we received from Chloe was outstanding. She was so friendly and extremely efficient too. It felt like it mattered to Chloe as much as it did to me. I even felt I could call in to say hello when I was passing the office in Boston. I had regular contact by phone and email right through to the point of completion. Without doubt I wouldn’t use another agent and I’ve already recommended them to friends.
