I initially chose Fairweather Estate Agents because everywhere I went I'd see a board go up 'for sale' and very quickly afterwards I'd see a board go up at the same property 'sold'. Having worked in the property industry for a number of years during my lifetime I'm fully aware of the 'old flannel' that some estate agents can give you, how refreshing it was to meet Hayden who was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and not full the usual 'spiel'. The property I had for sale was situated in a desirable area of Boston but desperately in need modernisation throughout. We were given very realistic and practical advice on how to market the property and the price, which initially we decided against, but they were very accommodating in attempting to achieve our goals. The property sold very quickly when we followed their initial advice which only proves they really knew their stuff. Throughout the sale process, the staff, particularly Sophie, remained informative every step of the way and extremely helpful in chasing up solicitors on both sides, which was very useful for me as the property formed part of the estate of my deceased father-in-law and I already had countless other tasks to complete with other administrative agencies at the time as well as a funeral to arrange. Fairweather Estate Agents completely took all of the stress out of the process and I was extremely confident in leaving everything safely in their hands. Nothing at all was too much trouble and they often made me feel I was their only customer even though I know I wasn't. If you have a property to sell no matter what the value of it, how big or small, how grand or in need of renovation it is, I can recommend that these property sale professionals will give it their best service, care and attention for you so don't hesitate to ask them for a valuation. I would absolutely recommend Fairweather Estate Agent for anyone considering buying or selling a property. A great team of people with excellent communication and practice. I was a buyer, and dealt through with Chloe although if I did speak to others they were aware, knowledgeable and able to advise as needed. Chloe kept the whole chain together and moving as it needed to, provided regular updates and as well as being on top of it all professionally was also just really lovely and supportive throughout the whole process. You all did a wonderful job, and were able to relieve any concerns, answer our many questions, chase solicitors and so much more! Everyone was extremely professional, and special thanks to Chloe for keeping us constantly updated, feeling our frustrations and providing reassurance, and Claire, without her reasoning at times of panic, and bringing me back down to earth when climbing the ceiling, I'm sure I would be a quivering wreck by now. The whole process went as smoothly as it could, considering it wasn't an easy property to market, but they did a fantastic job, and both my husband and I would highly recommend them from start to finish. Our dealings with Fairweather's Estate Agents, and in particular Sophie have been extremely positive. From our first viewing of a property back in November 2023 through to completion and our move-in in April 2024 Sophie has always been there. Fairweather's worked closely with our conveyancer, and in fact the agent selling our property and together they made a real difference. In fact, even after we moved in Sophie has offered support and help whenever needed and continues to do so.. Moving is stressful, chaotic, and can be unpleasant at times. The whole team at Fairweather's has made 'this' move actually quite enjoyable and we'd have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Sophie and the team at Fairweathers are both professional and diligent and as good if not better than any Estate agent I have dealt with. My purchase went through incredibly quick , it was something like six and a half weeks from viewing to completion ( no chain but still amazingly quick these days) . I purchased a bungalow for my dad in 2017 and was very impressed with Fairweathers who were marketing it; so it was an easy decision to use them when I came to sell it in 2024. Claire greeted me like an old friend and got the process underway very professionally in what was a difficult time for me. Chloe took over the day to day contact, arranging viewings and following them up. We had a buyer in less than 2 weeks and the service we received from Chloe was outstanding. She was so friendly and extremely efficient too. It felt like it mattered to Chloe as much as it did to me. I even felt I could call in to say hello when I was passing the office in Boston. From the moment stepping through the Estate Agents door we were welcomed with a smile from Claire. We were undecided as whether to put our property on the market, but after being given sound advice from Claire and Hayden we were pleased that we did, and certainly chose the right Estate Agent. We were treated with respect at all times from everyone. Chloe was absolutely fantastic through the whole of the sale. She was very professional, kept us fully informed every week, she was honest, and if she said she would do something she did. Emails were answered straight away. She was always chasing solicitors for up to date reports. When she rang, she always had the most cheery voice, and was very enthusiastic. She never failed to ask how we were which was a lovely touch. When we went into the office we were treated as friends.. The whole team took a lot of pressure off us, especially by giving recommendations of Surveyors, removal firms etc. We cannot speak highly enough of Team Fairweathers. We highly recommend Fairweather’s based in Boston if anyone is looking for an estate agent. They have been remarkable since I phoned and spoke to the lovely Sophie while searching for a property closer to schools. She truly is the loveliest lady, and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe then showed us around a beautiful property that was perfect for us; Chloe was brilliant! And so lovely to our children! Chloe and Sophie continuously chased up all solicitors and estate agents in the chain to ensure there was progress made each week. Chloe would then phone us weekly, updating us on everything. Chloe went above and beyond for us, arranging extra viewings for our child to view the property to adjust to the new place gradually, and even cleared out the big pile of rotten wood & rubbish that had been dumped in the garden so our little ones wouldn’t get hurt on in when we moved in! The team here really are so much more than your average estate agency! This was our 3rd purchase, and we have never received such service from any agency like this one!!!
