GoogleSo I sold my house though Bruce Mather and it was a hard one to sell. Im a small time but to let investor. It was a very old house with a Quiet a few problems, And it wasn't a smooth sell, I had buyers pull out of the Deal and it was very stressful at times, but the team was absolutely brilliant. Always kept me up to date, and took alot of the worry out of it. They would rather keep you happy then just take there commission like a few other agents in Boston. I would only sell my next one though the team. Thank again.

GoogleAfter deciding to terminate our lease when our contract ended, the other tenant and I contacted their office several times to try and get our deposit back. Our lease terminated in early May so we gave them a couple months to reach out to us since there were lockdown procedures in place due to covid-19. Come July, they didn't reach out so we called asking when we might receive our deposit and they said they would pass on our message and get back to us. Two weeks later and no reply so we call back and they say the same thing. A few weeks later we finally are asked for our bank details and are told they need to see if anything had to be repaired at the property and if anything needed to come out of the deposit amount. Weeks later there was no update so we emailed again and were told to wait, and after 2 more weeks of no response we called and they said they'd send the deposit. Finally, over 5 months later, they returned our deposit to us. Had we not inquired several times during these 5 months I'm sure they would have taken even longer.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThis company will completely waste your time and let you drive 90 minutes, rush you to get there and then tell you the property already has 5 applications with the landlord but hey you can always "try your luck". They make you feel beneath them and will turn up late. Plenty of more professional agents in the area.

Dear Daniel, I am sorry that you feel your time was wasted when visiting one of our properties for a viewing. Having looked into this particular case, I can clarify a couple of points: We were already at the property when you arrived for your viewing with another viewing which had over run, not "late". The rental market at the moment is very busy and correctly our colleague pointed out that there were already a number of applications in process. The market is very fast moving and when we discussed these applications along with yours, the Landlord chose an alternative applicant on this occasion. Having worked for some time with the colleague who was at the property, I have always found her to act in a courteous and professional manner and to be kind and friendly towards everyone. We certainly don't set out to a viewing with the aim of making someone "feel beneath us", we are in essence the middle man - showing properties and taking details to a Landlord. We are happy to retain the details you have provided so we can discuss with a Landlord should any future alternative property be of interest to you.

GoogleVery good and helpful agency. If you have problems, you can look for a solution together. They are understanding in case of any life problems of their tenants. Repairs are relatively quick. I can only recommend and greet you! The location is 2 steps from the center. Opening hours are affordable, but you can also arrange everything via e-mail or phone. I've never had any problems with them I will definitely rent something from you again in the future :)
