GoogleI have used boston letting agents I know it was a short period of time but they have outstanding customer service, efficiency and conscientious attention to detail for both myself as the landlord and for the tenants that have resided in the property for the duration. Good Letting Agency deal with any questions or issues quickly and professionally and are reassuringly on hand to handle the day to day smooth runnings of a rental property. GoogleJust recently moved into a Belvoir rental property and I have to say that the whole process was so easy, the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and you can have a laugh with them. They also have a dog in the office which is owned by a staff member who is very cute and very friendly too. If you are looking for a new property then consider using Belvoir Lettings Boston as I recommend them to any future tenants. Keep up the excellent service Belvoir

GoogleWhere to start as it’s been so long. Since the early years when I became a tenant of theirs, the whole team have been amazing, old and new. From the start I got all the information I needed for that property right down who supplied the gas & electric. Nothing was never too much trouble & things always got done. They even made the movement from the 1st property to the next 2 with them easy and stress free. All I ever had to do was just sign when ready. Communication was always on point and would hear back when I was meant too or even before. Even right down the end when my property was sold they even fought for me to still be a tenant at that property with new owner but sadly lost. However they still rang me to give me the heads up on what was happening. Didn’t stop there as still helped/guided as much as they could in, where to go, what to do and let me have copies of documents I needed. So if you happen to read this, take it from a ex very long standing tenant of theirs (2010 to 2021). That going from 1st own place to needing a family home to facing homeless. This letting agent is the best & couldn’t do enough for you. Your treated more like family and not a tenant.

GoogleI should have written this review quite sometime ago however the fact that after the passage of time I still feel it important that I write, is an indication of just how good Belvoir Boston are. They are professional in all respects but quietly efficient is perhaps a better way to describe them. Belvoir care both for their tenants and landlords alike,there are many pitfalls in the rental market so its important that you use the best agents you can find, in Belvoir Boston thats exactly what you will have.

GoogleHave different views on what is a priority. If a household with a baby of 12 weeks have no boiler...hot water or heating. Saying they can do nothing for 5 days! Oh they have heaters but you have to pick them up because they don't drive..also no one in the office after 12 until Monday!!
When you reported on behalf of the tenants the boiler had failed on Saturday 8th May you were aware the boiler was scheduled to be replaced on Wednesday 12th May. We spoke with the plumber and he was unable to replace the boiler any sooner. He also told us there was nothing he could do temporarily to get the boiler up and running due to it being an electrical fault inside the boiler, which you understood. We offered the electric heaters on collection and the tenant confirmed she did not need them as she would be borrowing heaters from her friend until the planned boiler replacement. If this was not the case we could have tried to arrange an alternative but with the information we were given we believed the tenants did not need our heaters. If the tenant was unable to borrow the heaters from her friend she could have called our out of hours line (which all tenants are told about when they move in) or contacted the office on Monday 10th May. I’m sorry you feel we have different priorities, this is not the case. If you would like to discuss this more please feel free to contact the office.
