Monroe acted on both our sale and our purchase . I cannot recommend them highly enough . We changed agents on our sale as soon as we saw the quality of the marketing . Mark’s photography is exceptional and the level of enthusiasm and energy across the company as a whole made them the obvious choice. They guided us through the protracted and emotional experience of the sale of our family home of over 26 years and found us our new one . They always responded swiftly to calls and correspondence , often in the evening and at the weekends . Leanna in particular soaked up a great deal of the angst and was constantly both pragmatic and reassuring . It genuinely felt like a partnership where our interests were paramount . We never felt like one of many . Heather at the Boston Spa office handled our purchase together with Inez , both of whom , again, always responded quickly to us and facilitated the smooth transaction . They knew exactly what house we would fall for , and found it ! We can’t thank them enough and suggest no one look any further for an Estate Agent in this area .

I could write a very long list of qualities about each and every person I encountered in that business. Were brilliant from start to finish in helping us buy our dream house. Went out there way to show us round and fit us in a late viewing. Were very good at pointing out all the highlights of the property we might have missed on first viewing and weren't pushy at all. Did a great day of sorting out a day of viewing other properties at our request and created a easy to manage schedule with very friendly agents. When came to purchase the house they were quick to respond to all messages and were a great link to the developers and helped guide us to get something that suited both parties.
