From the very beginning of this process, all at Munroe Estate Agents have being excellent in how they have approached, dealt and helped me. This sale was in a settling of an estate and what was a difficult and emotional process was made so much easier by their friendly and reassuring manner. Heather was affable, honest and understanding whilst putting her professionalism at the forefront. Danni was fantastic in keeping me up to date with sound reassurance and solid advise in completing the sale. This was a process I’ve never had to do solely on my own and their joint professionalism, care and guidance made it a very easy process considering. 5 Stars from me Boston Spa team

Monroe sold our house within the first two months of it going on the market. Leanna was the lady in the office who was looking after our sale .We thought she was excellent, she always was quick to get back to in touch with us with any queries we had, and she was very proactive in helping to complete the sale. We were on the market with another agent for just over a year with only very few viewings but as soon as we changed to Monroe we had more viewings in the first two months than we expected. I would thoroughly recommend using Monroe to anyone in the future, they really were a breath of fresh air.

In all my years of buying & selling property, I can honestly say hand in heart that Monroe have offered personal service far beyond my expectations! From my first initial meeting with Jordon, when I was considering which estate agents to use I completely warmed to him & trusted him. Leanna kept in touch with me whatever time of day it was, she didn’t check out! She was in touch evenings, weekends & her days off. I’m not sure if this is normal but it shows just how dedicated they are to their business & especially their clients. Rowan & all the other staff I have had contact with at Monroe are just as dedicated to what they do & are an asset to Monroe. Without a good team you don’t have what it takes to be successful. Monroe definitely deserve the recognition!

Monroe sold our family home in Boston Spa, giving us honest feedback from viewings which enabled us to make subtle changes along the way. Their photographs and videos of our house were unbelievable - which goes a long way in getting people through the door. Rowan also listened to our very specific criteria for our new home moving forwards and found us our dream property. Even helping us negotiate to secure the best possible price. Rowan made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful throughout the purchasing and selling process. Updates from where we were on both sides, navigating the lengthy legal process and even after we were moved into our new home - checking we were ok and if we had any questions. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rowan and Monroe Estate Agents. All the way throughout the process there was great communication via text/email and weekly update calls so everyone in the chain was aware of each other’s situation. This meant the entire process from viewing to completion took three months. Even when we encountered an issue in the chain, Rowan and the team did not panic.
