GoogleHelen gave us a realistic rent expectation which she then achieved. Other agents had been very bullish and pushy. The team at Borough SE1 managed the whole letting without much of our involvement which was great as we don't live close. The automated paperwork is brilliant so again we didn't have to go to their offices to sign. All very calmly achieved with no hard sell. Our favourite agent in this area.

GoogleJosh and Laurence have been fantastic in guiding me through my property purchase as a first time buyer. Always incredibly responsive, going above and beyond in assisting negotiations, chasing lawyers and translating a lot of the process for those of us less-versed with the process or the property/legal jargon. Very very glad to have had them on side through this endeavour!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy overall experience of KFH is nothing sort of excellent, they were efficient at all times. A special mention for Antonio Casanez, who helped me buy my first ever property. He had excellent knowledge of the local market and he was a true professional. He kept me informed throughout the buying process, liaising many times with the vendor's solicitor to keep things moving. I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleLaurence asked the right questions to find what we were looking for. Very knowledgable about the area, helpful, and didn’t oversell. Although on this occasion we found a flat elsewhere, I would definitely go back to Laurence if we were looking again.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat via KFH. Working with Mihai & Laurence. Both of which were fantastic. They were responsive, friendly, and honest. The house buying process wasn't the smoothest, but the KFH team made it as seamless as possible. Would recommend.

GoogleVery good agent and amazing experience with Oceane Natali, who is very nice, beautiful, interesting and hard working. She not only showed me the house, but also explored the facilities of the house with me, especially the roof garden. It was an unforgettable experience with the London Eye in front of me.

GoogleKfh's Borough office were, hands down, the best agents I have worked with. They always kept me up to date, aimed to get as many viewings as possible and eventually helped me secure an excellent offer. Franck Rouget and the rest of the team there were always vet professional, and even helped managed the process of the sale. I would happily work with them again
