GoogleI have rented my flat through KFH London Bridge for several years and have always been pleased with the team. This time round I was expecting a long gap due to Covid but they managed to find tenants really quickly. They always seem to understand the flat really well and are very helpful and supportive.

GoogleA new experience for me, renting in London. Jordan met us on site and presented herself in a very professional fashion, polite, courteous and easy to talk to. She displayed a good knowledge of her subject and a willingness to satisfy her customer. A very capable lady and an asset to her employer and one they should seek to develop and invest time in.

GoogleBen Rayner helps us find a great flat in Bermondsey! We were moving from the States, and bewildered by the number of options, the expense, and fast-moving pace of the London rental market. We said we wanted something with a "wow" factor and he found it for us - and through some clear dealmaking, he even made it affordable (by London standards!) for us.

GoogleVery professional and helpful staff. Courtney Earley help me and my friend find a new flat, and he was great with communicating all procedures to us and sorting everything right away! Quick to schedule in viewings and always available for questions. Very happy with their service overall and would definitely use them again next time I am moving!

She is very efficient and has a very easy demeanour - our client was pretty anxious about his move from Paris to London, but Mo handled all queries with ease. Look her up if you are looking for a rental property in the neighbourhood.

Googlehad a very bad experience with KFH. Their letting agents speak politely but are very cunning. They conceal the defects in the property before signing the contract and do not cooperate once the tenancy begins.

GoogleWhen looking for apartment we faces problems with real estate agents not being responsive but it has never been the case with KFH. Courtney reached out to us promptly after our inquiry and sent us very well suited rental options. During viewings he was very knowledgeable and helped us along the way. Would definitely recommend

GoogleGood before completion but afterwards there was no real handover and a few unanswered queries. Small things such as broken appliances (that we were told were working) fall into a grey area and you're bounced between solicitors and estate agents who have already been paid and seem less interested now.
