YellAbsolutely terrible
This estate agency is as slimey as you can get. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Don't even think about putting an offer for a property advertised by them. They are unethical and do not care that they are messing with real lives. We put an offer in which took days to be accepted. Following this we kept getting pressurising phone calls regarding speeding forward towards the date of exchange. When we were at the point of exchange (8 weeks from the date of offer which is average) They stopped returning our phone calls. We spent hours on hold and contacting them again. They had put the property back on the market. When they realised that we would be homeless they suddenly increased the price on Rightmove by £30,000 overnight, stating we would have to match that offer. Our banks refused to re-evaluate it for this much and low and behold it was still on the market for another fortnight so I'm pretty sure there was no other offer and they were just playing dirty tactics.
