First class service I would highly recommend. Huge huge thanks and appreciation to Tom and James. A difficult situation for me based in Spain, helping my elderly father who is house bound sell our old family home in Litherland. Tom and James were super professional and efficient, and also so understanding, empathetic and went out of their way to support me and my father along the journey. I cannot thank them enough. They marketed the property brilliantly, secured us a buyer at the price we wanted, really quickly, liaised with us throughout the journey, and ensured we were kept up to date. THANK YOU so much. James has been amazing from start to finish. From the honest valuation, to us finally getting around to putting it on the market and James selling it within 3 days I cannot fault James or Whitegates. The transaction took alot longer than either of us anticipated but this was completely beyond our control. Our mortgage application wasn't the most straight forward due to some recent health issues but Carl kept us informed throughout and remained confident in getting us a product which he did. Can't really fault Tom or Cam at Whitegates. Communicated with weekly check-ins at the end of each week while we were getting the purchase off the ground, to see how we were getting on and let the sellers know. Then helped with any additional resources we needed to get through to completion. Managed to get the sale through in just under 8 weeks. Which is pretty good these days.

I'm a 22 year old with mild special needs that went with these guys for my first ever sub-100k house after running into a small fortune as a gift. Although the whole process was lengthy and infinitely stressful, these guys were so helpful and patient with me during the whole process; genuinely couldn't be happier with how they handled my case. Special word to James, Tom, and Chris in sales - great at their jobs and clearly know their trade well. And though I'm sure I drove them positively insane during the final stages (seller's solicitor was kinda garbage so hardly anyone's fault here), they were so patient and stuck to the grind right up until transaction day, and definitely made the whole thing as seamless and simple as they possibly could. Good estates agents are hard to come by in my short experience with them, but you definitely shouldn't sleep on these guys. Cracking team, 5-star service. Thanks again you lot. You guys literally helped change the trajectory of my life.

We had offered on a property with a difficult/unreasonable vendor, and as we loved the property we eventually rose our offer to somewhere in the vendors ballpark. While we did sadly pull out, the service I received from Laura was always 100%. Definitely an asset, and very patient with two FTB's.

Racheal Doyle most have lived in property for 8 years now an took a dislike to me the second year in the property when I would not pay the soon to be illegal “admin fees”. This despicable woman has reported damp in my rental property since I first moved in, Phil their property inspector wil have reports and pictures on his phone, one year she sent a man around with a tin of anti mould paint and he painted over mould in my daughters bedroom and left remainder of the paint and told me if it comes back just paint over it again?, my daughter now has allergy problems.This gets worse as once again just before section 21 was made illegal she served me with a section 21 and in same envelope asked for a rent increase “really”, so took it to a tribunal and tribunal deemed her form defective she the emailed me and accused me of sending a court room a fraudulent document, again “really” Racheal ,after this she has not contacted me over any rent owed until I emailed her for sumthing and she replied I owe £1600 arrears to which I replied the court deemed your form as defective, I then heard nothing at all about any rent arrears, which I think is really strange at this point as if I was owed that much money I would be asking for it every mnt/wk???, I’m now 29 wks since court ant she is now only mentioned that I owe any rent arrears as I have asked her if I can move out with little notice, she now tells me I owe £2900, where have you been from £1600-£2900???, if I owe you all this money why havnt you been asking for it???, one more thing even though they have documented I have a pet cat for last 5YEARS they have now told me I have to get rid of it? “STEER CLEAR RENTERS AND LANDLORDS ALIKE AS THIS PROPERTY COMPANY ARE DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE

They went above and beyond, and I really couldn’t have asked for more. I recently purchased a property that was advertised through Whitegates and they kept me updated every step of the way, quite often that meant daily. I dealt mainly with James (who deserves a shout out all of his own!) and Emma and Lewis were also working alongside him and giving me updates. The communication between the three of them was extremely impressive and every time I spoke to them on the phone they had a lovely manner and ensured me that nothing was too much trouble. We first listed our property with a local estate agent and after having a sale fall through with them and not many viewings, it was then that we decided to move to Whitegates. James came to visit our property and was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice, we had many viewings through Whitegates and received regular feedback through Lewis and Emma, within a couple of months Whitegates had sold our property, again advising us during the sale. We had a really poor experience with our Solicitors and Emma and James where constantly chasing them. We have also managed to purchase our next property through Whitegates, and again I can’t thank them enough for how fantastic, especially James with his advice and support. Thanks to Emma, James & Lewis for an outstanding service. Me and my girlfriend bought our first property after being turned away from other mortgage advisors and estate agents. James was able to arrange for myself to see there mortgage advisor who got myself a mortgage in principle within a matter of 24 hours! Thankyou to everyone at Whitegates and James in particular! We asked five estate agents to visit our family home. Three were local estate agents, two were online estate agents. Initially from James coming into the property, it showed to our family he was the one to proceed with. James is knowledgeable and came more than prepared compared to the other estate agents. The valuation between the agents were all similar however we proceeded with Whitegates after the back of the first appointment with James. After 14 days we had 3 offers all above the asking price. Whitegates carried out all the viewings and kept ourselves up to date throughout the whole process. We had an issue with the buyers solicitor however Whitegates helped out which got it resolved very quickly. Again thankyou again and we would recommend anyone looking to sell to contact yourselves.

My mum had three estate agents out and felt that James was the most knowledgeable and experienced throughout them all. The Whitegates pack he left the family was far more superior than the competition and we therfore instructed them to sell the property. James took all the photographs, the measurements & typed the property up which we were all very impressed with in such a short space of time.
