GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with The Purple Property Shop from start to finish. Me and my girlfriend, Rebecca, who are 1st time buyers felt like the staff were always on hand to help. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to buy a house, especially 1st time buyers, from my experience a very good one.

It is a shame that Google does not allow businesses to review clients! We are absolutely shocked that you think it is acceptable to give a bad review. You were booked to attend a viewing this morning and despite our Viewing Agent waiting for you after you called to say you would be 5 minutes late you still failed to turn up and only after she’d had no choice but to move onto her next appointment do you finally arrive at the property. You then expected her to turn around, after she was half way to Horwich to come back to meet with you. Despite the terrible weather this morning and the need to ensure COVID-19 regulations are adhered to, our agent made it to all the viewings and so did all the viewers, with the exception of you who felt it was acceptable to turn up after your pre-arranged viewing time. To top it off you then call the office and argue with our Sales Manager. He explained very politely that because you were late, you had missed the viewing but you disagreed. You thought it was acceptable for all the following viewings to be undertaken late because you felt everything should fall in line with what you want. Shocking bad behaviour and if anyone deserves a bad review it is you! Manners cost nothing!

Strongly suggest staying well away from these cowboys, got quite a reputation around bolton for over charging and ripping people of I also over heard them talking badly and being very rude about tenants whilst I was in there officeNegativeProfessionalism
