Very welcoming and professional from the minute I popped in for a quick chat about thinking of putting my property on the market, to actually putting it on the market. Yvonne responded quickly to value, take photos, and start the advertising. Lovely team, would highly recommend.

GoogleI can highly recommend Karl and his team especially Chelsea. They worked endlessly for what was a tricky completion to our property. Chelsea never took her eyes off the ball and worked extremely hard to ensure regular communication was kept between us and the overseas buyer. It's no wonder they are known as one of the best estate agents in the area. Thank you so much Chelsea you've been an absolute star!!

GoogleWe'd been thinking about moving for a while, and then saw our ideal house come up for sale with Price and Co. We knew we needed to act quickly as ours wasn't even up for sale, so for ease decided to go with Price and Co when selling ours. Yvonne managed to slot us in for a valuation, pictures and measurements - it was up for sale within 2 days of contact and sold within a week. This meant we managed to get the house we'd set our heart on. Claire updated us throughout the process through to completion. Thanks guys 🙂

After having the house on with another agent who frankly did not do anything to support a sale I decided to change to Price & Co and I’m so glad I did!!! I felt from the first moment I met Yvonne I was in safe hands, she explained everything to me and she did everything she said she was going to do and more! They really do make the process easier for you, and you can trust that they are doing everything they can to get the right buyer for your home. GooglePrice & Co were absolutely brilliant from getting my apartment on the market to getting the viewings through the door and getting it sold within a few weeks. The description and pictures of the apartment were 1st class. All the team were very helpful and were always there to answer any questions. Would highly recommend Price & Co

GooglePrice and Co have been amazing and so patient through our moving process. Communication has been great by all but especially Matt who kept us updated with everything and also Claire who kept us updated if Matt wasn't available. Nothing was ever too much. These guys are absolutely fab. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

GoogleJust started renting through them and it was a very easy process. I was kept informed of every step, and everybody I have spoken too has been very friendly, helpful and professional. Handover of keys was comprehensive of everything I need to be aware of and very relaxed.

GoogleWe sold the property in the first 10 Days. The process was easy however the speed of the solicitors was extremely slow! Claire from price and co was extremely helpful to chase them weekly on our behalf with great professionalism. I would use Price&Co for our next house sale and would recommend them to others.
