GoogleVery friendly agency, they were very communicative and I would get an email each week explaining the current progress or even if there wasn't any which was really appreciated. As a first time buy, they were great with supporting the process of viewings, making an offer, and the completion and would highly recommend them!

GoogleEnquired about a property that was only listed less than 24 hours earlier. Was told it was already taken and had viewings and they’d selected an applicant on the same day. I’m sorry.. what?? I’ve never known a letting agent to go about things like this, to not even give other people a chance to enquire or offer block viewings, not even allowing more people to apply and select the most suitable tenant. It’s unethical and a very odd way to go about things. If this is how they handle things at that stage then it doesn’t set a good tone for how they handle things once they have you as a tenant. It also seems other people have had similar experiences with this agency. Avoid. EDIT: since received WhatsApp messages from the managing director (clearly desperate for me to remove this review) not professional and I don’t appreciate my contact details being used for means that I haven’t consented to. Focus on running your business properly and treating people fairly and you wouldn’t have to deal with these matters.
Hi Adam, Thank you for your comments. Our managing director tried to contact you regarding this review on Saturday and to explain the situation in respect to this property. This property was marketed live on Thursday and we had an interested party who enquired straight away. As we had an agent in the area, we showed the viewer around that afternoon in which they showed interest and filled in the relevant suitability forms. This was sent over to our client and they confirmed they were happy to proceed with the application and to begin reference checks on this particular applicant - this was before we received any further enquiries on this property. Whilst I appreciate your frustrations and how difficult the rental market is at the moment with properties going so quickly - it is ultimately down to the landlord to decide if they want to proceed with an applicant if they believe they are suitable for the property once they have viewed and filled in the relevant suitability forms. We emailed you on Friday morning to confirm we were taking no further viewings on this property but offered to register you on our system so we could keep you updated for any further rental properties that may suit your requirements. If you would like to discuss this further please don’t hesitate to contact our office.

GoogleAfter an awful experience with another local agent, Price & Co were absolutely fantastic. A real team effort throughout the process - onboarding, marketing, viewings and then driving the sale to completion. One thing we have learned in the sale process, is to speak to a number of agents in the area (we would suggest at least half a dozen) as the good and the bad are poles apart. And Price & Co certainly fall within the good! Thank you.

GooglePrice and Co are an exceptional company, which deals with all my property needs to a very high standard. I simply could not do without them. Thank you to the whole team. Price and co manage several of our properties and have done so for a number of years. We find they provide an excellent service and all of the staff are fully aware of every requirement needed to provide us with good reliable tenants. They have the intuition to select the right people for our properties and the knowledge to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We have just had a flat become vacant and within a very short time a new tenant was found, checked and moved in without any hiccups. All services were checked and registered and our new tenants are extremely happy as are we. We cannot praise Price and Co highly enough and always recommend them for any property purchases or rentals. This is a family run business, which gives it the personal touch and communication levels that you rarely see nowadays.

GoogleAs our first property purchase we were made to feel welcome from the start with a friendly, honest, relatable experience. Then after putting our offer in we were talked through details required and any issues that occurred. Then we had our offer accepted on the same day and informed immediately. We’re still at the early stages of offer acceptance but we can’t recommend enough and hopefully the purchase goes through swiftly with no issues, Claire was/is a pleasure to deal with as a property buyer. During the selling process, Price & Co kept me up to date every step, even prompting me when info was needed & constantly keeping the communication between all parties together.
