When I chose to put my house up for sale I arranged to check a number of estate agents to see what they could offer. Price and Co were a last minute decision to book. Matt was extremely professional and polite and I got an instant vibe from him. He was passionate about his job and company. Within 5 minutes I knew price and co were the agents to sell my property. Caitlin was the assigned agent to deal with all queries and communications when dealing with my property. Caitlin was polite, always got back to me when I emailed with responses. I have also met Clare and Dom and again both lovely individuals. Price and co seem to have a really lovely team and this speaks volumes as demonstrated. Matt and his team have gone above and beyond in their support during mums rental. Mum and dad rented their bungalow in the February and dad passed away in the July. Matt and his team were very caring and brought mum flowers to show their support. Shortly after, mum got burgled whilst she was sleeping and took the car and lots of personal possessions. Matt and his team instantly reacted and got locksmiths down within the hour making mum feel more secure. Mum had issues with the boiler and again someone was called out within the hour to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Matt and his team without hesitation. You don’t get many businesses going the extra mile anymore and we are very grateful for everything.

Highly recommend Price & Co to anyone, my first time selling a property & I expected it to be stressful but their friendly approachable service made everything so easy. Immediately after listing my property I received constant updates from them about enquiries & viewings booked, they are absolutely on the ball & I felt confident that I was in safe hands. They even did all viewings for me which was ideal as I wasn't living in the property so saved me so much time. They sold my property within 5 days which was unbelievable considering the current state of the market. Recently sold my flat through Price and Co and cannot recommend them enough. Had a great experience from start to finish. Throughout the sale each member of the team I felt with were professional and friendly. Caitlin helped take the photographs for the sale and was also the agent to deal with the viewings. She always called afterwards to provide the feedback from the viewings and kept me in the loop. At the beginning Claire was on hand for any queries I had about the sale and process. She helped to explain a lot to ensure I knew what was going on. During the process Claire provided weekly update emails which was great. This included chase up/progress of the solicitors from both sides. It was nice to know chase ups were being done in the background to move things along without me having to think about it. However, if I ever needed any further info / had further questions Claire was happy to help over the phone to explain things in more detail. From my experience I would recommend Price and Co! Thanks again to everyone who helped with the sale of my property.

The whole team at Price & Co have been amazing. They helped us sell out home which is what you want an Estate Agent to do. The initial meeting by Yvonne outlined the whole process, then Caitlin & Matt then visited out property whilst we were on holiday to capture photo's and videos to allow potential buyers to see the property. The property was then listed and Claire took the lead in speaking with us on a regular basis, Claire was open and honest and was always available. After a few viewings an offer was made and Claire worked late into the evening to ensure that the offer could be formalised to allow us to make offer on another property. When our initial purchase fell through Claire kept our buyer informed to ensure we did not lose our sale. Faultless service from start to finish.

My experience with the estate agents office was great, it was always easy to get through to someone on the phone and get answers to any questions I might have. Claire was brilliant throughout my buying process. I got regular emails from her to update me on where the solicitors were up to, and she had great local recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, and tradespeople. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Claire always took the time to answer them thoroughly.
