Honestly, a total waste of money and time. They will promise you all the whistles and bells when they try to sign you up, in order to take your money upfront, then after this it's a non-event. It does not matter what brief that you provide Knightsbridge with, it won't be digested, and certainly will not be acted on.Any interest you do get will generally be time wasters looking to take your business for no cash upfront, even though I told them that I did not want my time wasted by these types of parties, and also as I have an expanding and highly profitable business. They simply do not listen.It's a numbers game for Knightsbridge, with no finesse, and absolutely no quality of service. Do not waste your money, and more importantly, your valuable time.Advertise it elsewhere, and only on a no sale, no fee basis.

Matthew, It's a real shame that you didn't engage with our complaints process before writing this review. We reached out when you initially terminated your contract but we had no response and Sara Thomasson tried to call you after you posted this review last week. Every client is important to us, we can't guarantee a sale every time but we do everything in our power to get a result for you, after all we do have the same aim! We do have to present all offers to you, however they may be structured. Over the course of January 2023 - June 2023 we completed 171 deals, 13 more than the same period last year and ultimately retaining our position of number one broker in the UK. If I was just rating Helen I'd probably go for five, however I think some elements of Knightsbridge could have been better. I imagine they are the same issues faced with any broker so probably don't need to go into detail on them.One thing Knightsbridge did really well was connect us with a fantastic solicitor which made that element of the process better (at least from Seller side).

Very rude staff - they are very good at signing a marketing contract and once signed they don't bother with providing a good service. I listed my business with them and mentioned I require urgent sale. They made a promise that they were able to push the marketing and get interest fast. I had interested buyers approaching me directly saying they had been waiting to hear back from Knightsbridge on the requests and never heard back from them. One person even told me they had tried numerous times to call and enquire regarding the business and our agent never returned their calls.Very disappointed with the service. The lady we dealt with was very rude as well and never listened to the instructions. My partner ended up providing all the marketing material and editting and even then, they made a mistake in the ad!After months of this, I decided to terminate my contract with them.Overall experience: Absolute waste of money and time
