## Update. The tenancy resolution service found in favour of our landlord client and against this gentleman regarding the condition of the property and the allocation of the deposit funds ##
Sadly this is indicative of how this gentleman has treated us during his tenancy. He has been abusive to our colleagues and most unpleasant at times. Colleagues have occasionally not wanted to speak with him for fear of the treatment they will receive. Though sometimes he would simply ignore our communications if he wished to.
So in the spirit of; “if you can be anything, be kind”, there is no need for us to publicly detail the condition that the rental property was returned in, or the rental payment schedule that was maintained, so we won’t. It is simply fair to point out that there is two sides to every story, including this one.
We trust that the independent deposit service, that the gentleman chose at the beginning of the lease will adjudicate the dispute between him as a vacating tenant, and the landlord appropriately.
