Lovely offices in the town centre. The Staff are all very knowledgeable and Pam has played such a central role in keeping things moving whilst the sale of the proprty was going through. She kept me informed, chased solicitors and the buyers, making the selling process smoother. And also giving me peace of mind. We went through Cardwells to sell my late parents home. The gentleman that surveyed the property gave us an honest appraisal of its value. Shortly after appointing them to sell the property they acted promptly to advertise it and quickly received a number of enquiries and requests for a viewing. Each time a viewing took place they promptly responded by giving me feedback. When the sale was agreed Claire Jacobs was the member of the team at Cardwells who kept us up to date , responded quickly to any questions and worked to facilitate a straightforward process by communicating with all parties concerned. It’s not easy selling and then clearing a parents house not long after they have passed away but Claire and the team at Cardwells made were there for us all through the journey. I would highly recommend them.

She not only pushed for a quick completion but was also incredibly patient during times when I was unavailable or when there were delays on my end in providing information. Overall, her service and the way she handled everything were exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. As a small piece of positive and constructive feedback, I would suggest exploring ways to represent both the owner and the buyer more evenly to help reach a deal that feels fair to everyone involved. At times, the value expectations from either side may not fully align. I do understand that there are limitations, but open communication on behalf of both parties could help bridge that gap. As a buyer moving into the area, I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents recently and honestly been shocked at how poor many of them are, not returning calls, not listening to what you’re looking for, and showing very little interest once you enquire, I genuinely feel sorry for the people paying for a service through them they are not receving.That’s why this team stood out so much. They were friendly, professional, proactive, and genuinely went out of their way to work around my travel schedule and help me view properties. You genuinely feel valued, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone selling their property. I rang yesterday morning after I had been let down by another agent and I was quite angry and frustrated when I called as I had spent all weekend unwell cleaning and tidying my home to have my appointment cancelled two hours before. The gentleman I spoke with was fantastic, he answered all my questions and he was open and transparent and booked me an appointment for the same day which is a miracle as I know how busy it can be. By the end of my call I felt calm, listened too and I felt positive moving forwards. The gentleman who came to my home was early and this was communicated with me. He came into my home and he was fantastic. Very thorough, clearly very skilled at what he does and he just made the whole process feel very calm and organised. He was brilliant with my son and very noisy beagle Buddy. For you to do this for me in one day is phenomenal and myself and my husband are so grateful for your help and understanding.
