GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Cardwells one you will not get from anywhere else. (Ive tried almost everyone over the years) If you want your estate agent to listen to you these are your people. Andrew is honest, kind, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and transparent. Takes his shoes off at the front door ! He has gone above and beyond to help us to sell. All of the staff are lovely and down to earth. 5 STAR service. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Cardwells. They valued our property 40K above what another local agent had, and we got exactly that. We are thrilled. They marketed our home well and gave us flexibility when arranging viewings which was really appreciated. We got a number of offers and Cardwells were great at keeping us in the loop. We have just completed our sale and I have to say I am so glad we went with them. Having bought a house, whilst we were looking we came across a multitude of different agencies and Cardwells are the only ones who were consistently friendly and ALWAYS answered the phone and replied promptly to emails. Having never sold a property before, they were really helpful in guiding us through the process and explaining everything we asked. Would hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks.

Communication was always on point, customer service was immaculate, Deana who I dealt with for my term was incredible, always on hand when needed, and so so polite with it at the same time. GoogleMany thanks to Deana and the team at Cardwells ! My late parent’s house was let to a family who on paper looked like the ideal tenants, however they left the house in a right state! Deana sorted all the repairs on our behalf. She was great, she kept us up to date with the repairs before, during, and after. She kept us up to date regarding our application to the deposit protection scheme! She got back monies from the old tenant’s bond to pay for all the damage they had caused. Again thank you!

GoogleFor some unknown reason Cardwells Estate Agents Bolton came up on Google link, not the Cardwells at Bury, which this is for, so here is our review for the Bury Branch with apologies to Bolton. After a terrible three years with our old agents, we researched other agents, their reviews directly and indirectly, charges, services provided, and all other areas possible for Landlords. When a few were narrowed down, we asked direct questions, Cardwells - Bury, came out on top - without a doubt! Now we are in post handover, to-date Cardwells have proved diligent, friendly and so professional in all matters, a refreshing and reassuring delight to know, our tenants, and us as landlords are best served.
