GoogleI bought a property through this company, the inital buying process was satisfactory. I think they need to imrove on the key handover as i had to make 3 trips to collect my keys, as there was no staff in the office.
Dear Mr Gafar, Further to my reply below I have still not heard from you. I find this review perplexing because we are open 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm Saturdays & 12pm to 3pm Sundays so I don't understand why you would need to make 3 trips. In the past if a client has not been able to get to us during these times I have taken keys home so they can be picked up directly from me, we have met clients after hours, so making 2 unsuccessful trips does not ring true. I suspect your experience was possibly with another agent and if so ask you to remove this 1 star review. Again if your experience was truly with Cardwells please contact me either at the office on 01204381281 or on my email rt@cardwells.co.uk so I can understand what has happened and use it to improve our service. 1 star reviews can be very damaging to local family firms especially where they are not warranted. The team, Andrew, Richard and George and all involved have been friendly , supportive and understanding throughout a difficult time for the family ...from providing the probate valuation early in the year and unbiased information and advise on different methods of sale. GoogleReally can't say enough positive things about Cardwells, in particular Ric and Claire, who were absolutely instrumental in helping us move home. They were indefatigable in their efforts and went the extra mile on every occasion they were contacted directly by me. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in using them in the future or recommending them to friends and family. They assisted in being a middle-man not only between us and our seller (who also speaks very highly of them) but also ourselves and the seller's solicitors. If you happen to be wanting to buy or sell a home in the Bolton area, you could do a lot worse than seeking out Cardwells for help with your transaction. If there was a 6th star available, I would have awarded it!
