GoogleHi, I certainly do rent with campus cribs - if you take a look at the Facebook page that you've now taken down, many reviews reflect mine. Why would you assume it's malicious when you have such a low overall rating here and elsewhere?

GoogleThese people who work there only want money, and they care little about customers who rent any kind of property, for example I'm yet to receive money from the Internet last year

This review is completly untrue - we house over 200 satisfied tenants every year. We care about each and every one of you and work hard to make sure that all our tenants are happy in the properties that we manage.

GoogleOnly positive to say is how they sorted me out for getting accommodation after the cube fire and needing new permanent housing. We had so many issues that never got resolved or took so much longer than usual to finally help with. Never informed us of the 1 month council tax you have to pay when you finish being a student. Awful. Jade M

GoogleVery unprofessional, they never reply to any emails. They never paid me back my deposit or the bills they owed me.

GoogleVery dubious business practices, contacted them about 1 property and they bumped up the price the next day, claimed they had no other properties available but found a dozen more almost directly after the call. If they lie about that what else do they lie about? Avoiding at all costs.

GoogleLeft a deposit of £150 on a flat for a friend but five days later they let it to someone else. We were told the£150 would keep the flat for 14 days. They did not seem interested in the problems this has caused. In future I will only deal with a professional estate agent.NegativeQuality

GoogleFantastic Team....from the top boss, Basit to Office support, Ella and everyone in between - esp Laura.....and least I forget...even past employees! Great people and great professional service! They have gone above and beyond on many occasions to support me as a new landlord. I will recommend them again and again!

GoogleI currently rent a property from Campus Cribs, I have nothing but good words to say about them. If I have any faults with my property once contacting the company the work is carried out that day or the following morning. I would highly recommended then if you are looking to rent somewhere in Bolton.
