We have recently had a very positive experience with Belvoir at Bromley Cross, Bolton. Charlotte was very helpful and considerate when handling the sale of our mother’s home. This was also where me and my siblings lived for varying amounts of time when we were younger so it was a bittersweet experience for us. Belvoir were proactive from the start, marketing and showing potential buyers around the property, and extremely speedy when liaising between ourselves and the buyers to facilitate the sale. We would have no hesitation in using Belvoir again.

I can't praise Belvoir enough, Charlotte and the team are fantastic. My house was a part ex for a new build and advertised with Belvoir and another estate agent. I had one viewing by the other estate agent and little contact. The contrast to Belvoir is Night and day. Belvoir pushed from day one to sell my house, giving me plenty of notice for viewings the majority of which they attended on. We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date. A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout. It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.

We have used Belvoir since 2018 to rent, and eventually to sell, my parents house in Bolton The house was rented from 2018 to the end of June 2025, when it was put up for sale. The house was sold in under 6 weeks. During the rental period of nearly 7 years, the house was only empty for a few months and then we were lucky to have long term tenants. During this period Belvoir managed all issues that arose and maintained all necessary certifications necessary to keep the house up to date. Any issues were dealt with very professionally, quickly and without fuss. The house sale was also very well managed, with a sale and exchange of contracts all completed in 6 weeks. Overall we have been very happy with the professionalism and integrity of the Belvoir Bolton team.

Our experience through purchasing a property through Belvoir was great. Charlotte was always so friendly, polite and helpful. She always got back to us straight away with answers to any questions we had, and even helped us to find new solicitors when we had to change part way through the move.
