YellEasy and efficient estate agent to deal with
The photos were good and the brochure Abode produced for my property was clear and put onto Rightmove and Zoopla promptly once I instructed them as agents. The property sold relatively quickly, and everyone I dealt with there was very pleasant and professional to deal with throughout and always dealt promptly and quickly with any queries I had. I'd recommend using Abode to anyone in their area.

Abode have been a great help with my rented property. I have never rented before and they made the process very easy. I am given regular updates as to the status of the property and the fees are very reasonable. Overall, would recommend them.

GoogleThey are helpful and easy to get hold of. I purchased my property (which was a messy purchase through no fault of theirs) for a price I was happy with and wasn't left waiting long for an outcome. Would recommend to anyone.

Hi Julita, Thank you for your review. We are saddened to see a one-star rating and wish there had been a little more detail provided as to the reasons behind it, particularly given the time that has passed since the matter in question. As we explained previously, when prospective tenants complete their initial application forms, the information provided is submitted to an independent third-party referencing company for verification. If a reference unfortunately comes back as unsuccessful, we always do our utmost to explore any possible options and try to find a solution that works for all parties involved. In this instance, however, we were unfortunately unable to proceed further due to your circumstances. We always aim to be fair and transparent throughout the process and to support both tenants and landlords wherever possible. In relation to this particular case, the landlord involved did leave us a five-star review regarding their experience with our service. Nevertheless, we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and we genuinely wish you all the best moving forward.
