We sold our cottage via Adore and would highly recommend. Gemma was lovely and is great at selling your house, and once you have sold Angela in the office works her magic at putting the pressure on the solicitors (you know what solicitor are like, no urgency with them.) Overall very happy with the service and compared to other estate agents they are very competitively priced.

Adele was the agent I dealt with and she offered nothing but a friendly professional service the whole time and helped to eliminate any obstacles I had. Adele made me feel like a friend not a customer. I really appreciate the experience I had. Professional Service

From the first time Debbie came round to take pictures and advise of their services (the agency fees are a massive selling point) I felt at ease, she advised what I needed to do in order to make the house more sellable without spending any money. The photographs taken were excellent with several to choose from. We had a few set backs with buyers which was no fault of Abode, which in the long run proved to be an advantage for me. I moved out of the property 3 months before the sale went through and Amber and Debbie arranged viewings and attended in my place which saved me alot of time. Once the offer had been accepted Debbie and Amber were brilliant always keeping me up to date and advising the next step the service they provided was second to none to the point when 2 days before completion the cleaner I had booked in fell through Amber and Debbie even offered to go and clean the house for me. I cannot praise them enough they made what is supposed to be one of the most stressful times in a persons life to an extremely easy process. I would recommend and do to anyone needing an estate agent.

From the beginning to the end Abode we're the perfect agent for us, we came across Abode through doing a simple Google search and contacted them because of their selling fees, they visited our house, carried out a full property appraisal, took fantastic wide angle clear pictures, produced a detailed brochure and marketed my house within a few days on all the major websites. Once our house was on the market Abode kept us up to date with all enquiries, viewings, offers and managed to find a suitable buyer within weeks from first advertising!! They even helped us negotiate on the house we were buying, Debbie and Amber we're great. Good work all round Abode WELL DONE.
