Super Jeff!

Jeff is a nice, friendly, polite, helpful and professional engineer. He helped me to sort out all the cracks, nail pops, sanding and painting work. I’m glad to have him help me fixing the things in my house. Last time he just drove past my house and saw me have problems to close my front door. He stopped his car and came to me and asked me if I needed any help. The door was too tight and I couldn’t close it. He quickly took out some tools and helped me to solve the problem. That was my first time to meet him and I didn’t even know his name. This week Strata assigned him to come to my house and he did the work incredibly! Now I know his name, Jeff!

Attraction Hull. Since the beginning, Strata have been absolutely amazing. Beth at Strata has been really helpful and supportive and went above and beyond for us throughout the process and the purchase of our forever home. Nothing was too much trouble and Beth was always at hand to help.She kept us in the loop through out and she’s honestly the most genuine, loveliest woman. Having had previous bad experiences with other home builders it was lovely and refreshing to actually have someone that genuinely cares about us. The homes are beautiful and any snags are dealt with and rectified promptly. We only had a few touch ups that needed doing which was dealt with swiftly and to high standards. I only have positive things to say about Strata. If you are searching for your forever home, then these are your people! Honestly. Outstanding customer service and gorgeous homes! Thank you Beth and everyone at Strata.

Seamless process with an enthusiastic and helpful experience manager

Have just reserved a house at Embrace with Experience Manager, Zoe. Zoe has been helpful from the start including promptly answering online chat through the website as well as offering an open house at a nearby hotel so we didn’t have to commute.During the event, she was very enthusiastic about the site and explained a lot about the project even without us having to ask a lot of questions. The main thing that I appreciate is how prompt she is in organizing further steps for us to secure the house.Definitely recommend if anyone is interested in their development. Their brochure is high-class and their website is the best one I’ve seen so far (and we have been searching for a house for a while now).

We were customers of the Attraction branch in Hull and were looked after by Beth. Beth could not have done any more for us than she did. She went above and beyond and was always on hand to support us throughout the purchase of our forever home. We really are so incredibly grateful for everything that Beth did to help in securing the property and for ensuring everything ran smoothly. Strata have been brilliant from start to finish and I would (and have!) recommend to any friend or family member that was looking to move into a new build. What a great experience for our first house!From the very beginning, Strata houses always felt like home to us. When we visited the show homes, their simplicity, ambience and scandi feel really drew us in! Great job on that front. We visited many other developers before settling here but nothing really came close to the feel of a Strata home for us.Our main point of contact has been Sarah who is an absolute credit to Strata. In fact, we will be sad to see her go when the site is eventually complete.Sarah was kind enough to call us when our dream plot suddenly became available and the rest was history. She has been extremely accommodating through the entire journey so far and both her and Zoe have kept us informed with every little thing that was going on with the house especially as we lived in London prior to this. Plenty of e-mails, phone calls and photos updates really gave us peace of mind and we couldn't have asked for more.They even managed to pull our moving date forward so that we could make use of the Stamp Duty holiday!As for the house itself, the build and quality is simply amazing. Almost a month in now and we absolutely love the place. Any small niggles or issues we have had have been resolved extremely quickly, far quicker than we would have imagined. Both Cameron and Tom have been extremely attentive in trying to help solve any issues we've had thus far. Issues are of course to be expected with any new house and what really counts is the customer care which for us has been extremely great so far.Thank you for everything!A & A

Bigger than expected, helpful sales teams

Looking for a new build and came across 2 Hull sites, Shireen at Attraction was very helpful as was Betty at the Dream site. We were shown a good range of houses, all were bigger than than the average new build. We’re planning on buying so hopefully we won’t experience the issues reported by other sites once construction is finished.

I have visited a few developments and viewed a few houses on the market and I cannot express the top notch customer service from Rachel at Anthem in Beverley. No where else has been as proactive and as helpful as her. She genuinly cares and goes above and beyond. I reserved a few weeks ago and got to go see the show homes this week on launch and they do not dissapoint! They are stunning and you definitely get your money's worth. The whole feel of the process is such a good feeling. There has been no stress and communication is on point! Very happy so far :) Thank you

Visited Anthem , Beverley , today

Visited Anthem at Beverley today. Firstly , Rachel is very friendly and nice to deal with . The only negative thing , is the house I thought I was going to view , 2 bed semi with pictures on your site, turned out to be a 2 bed terrace . The semi I decided was better ,which matches what I saw initially., is £10,000 more . Then I find the recess lighting are added 'extras' . What I would say is please try and be a little more transparent as this should be pointed out at viewing, not in post viewing call . The 'free incentives offered are also a bit misleading . £4500 offered for carpets , laminate to kitchen , tiling to bathrooms and small integrated fridge & freezer , I couldn't see been £4500 . This is purely constructive feedback . Like I said Rachel seems lovely person and helpful and friendly , I just hope there are no more 'extras ' surprises.

I couldn't have had a better experience. From falling in love with a property, to the legal bits, to finally setting foot in our brand new home.Strata (and particularly Sarah) could not have done much more for us. Clear, open and honest information provided up front, continuous communication throughout the sales process and the most amazing welcome basket. The quickest sales cycle my mortgage advisor and solicitor have ever done for 2nd time buyers (46 days!) The Strata team not only did all the above, but went a step more, they managed to pull in our move in date so it didn't collide with our wedding/honeymoon plans.The house is so well built compared to other builders. We will definitely be happy for a long time in this house.

Adore Green Hammerton

Recently moved into Adore Green Hammerton. We have been really impressed with the service, starting with Tammi who we first met to view the property and who then made the whole process easy and passed us onto Carla who supported us well in the last few steps and getting moved in. We’re thrilled and really happy with our new home and so is our dog. Simon has been excellent throughout our first few weeks ensuring we were ok and is working with us on any snags. Simon just reiterates that he wants us to be happy and you can see he takes pride in managing the site and project which makes a real difference.Having looked for our new home for around four years and visiting many a new build projects I have to say that Strata had the best service and approach, at others we we made to feel like our custom was not valued almost like they made a judgement based on our age and looks we could “not afford” what they had! Not at Strata, the focus was on us, what we were looking for in our home and how they could help us. Thanks to all the team for your support, professional approach and personal service… you have really made us feel part of the family.

Great experience on my visit to the “attraction” development in Kingswood, Hull. I had booked for a viewing on a Saturday and was running really late due to traffic/road works but, staff on site, Beth, was ever so lovely and helpful. Even rescheduling another appointment for the next day when the time I had left on that day was just enough for a quick peek at the show home. She also arranged a chat with the mortgage adviser to see what was affordable & even ready to help set up an appropriate buying plan on the day if I did find something. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a property suited to my affordability and timeline (though I do love the loft style design of the Rosas homes! But none available till next year🙁) but I really appreciated the time and detail taken to give me a chance to see what was on hand. Thank you Beth & Strata!

Buying itself a smooth process, less the fact we paid £15,000 more than our neighbours for a smaller property as they decided to hide all the incentives in the property price for a house they couldn't sell. We've been in nearly a year now and it's been problem after problem with the customer service after care. There is NO drainage in the garden but the warranties don't cover the garden and strata won't do anything about it either. We've resorted to sorting it ourselves and apparently that voids any help we would have gotten anyways. They're constantly looking for ways out and loopholes.Would never get another strata and we're already looking at moving after a year.

We have been in our amazing Strata 360 house for a week. The whole buying process from start to finish couldn't have been any easier, Charlotte has been fantastic! With the added support from Emily at Taylor Bracewell and Sue at MAB New Homes, we were always kept up to date and they were incredibly helpful. Our relocation from Cumbria to Chesterfield, although stressful, was smooth and hassle free thanks to all the advice we have received. Having only been in a week, we are yet to spot anything wrong with our house but are reassured that should we need any help that Ryan and Charlotte are on hand. We are extremely happy with our Catania Strata home. It's a house we never imagined we would ever be able to own. Everyone we've dealt with has helped to make this possible and we can't thank the team enough for all their help and guidance along the way.

What an absolute shambles trying to…

What an absolute shambles trying to purchase a property from this lot. After been told the purchase price was £435,000 on a house in Green Hammerton we were then told the day after it was £445,000. A £10,000 increase overnight. My daughter who was going to buy this house had already moved in in her head. It’s all been a very upsetting and annoying experience. I would look elsewhere to a company that will stick to what they’ve said. Buyer beware!!There was no misunderstanding on our part. When you ask a salesperson how much something is and they say a figure then that is what you expect to pay. There were 3 of us in the sales office and all 3 of us believed the price was £435,000. How you got to that figure was of no concern to us. As far as we’re concerned you are in the wrong. We won’t be dealing with you again and I urge other buyers to look elsewhere.

We moved into our beautiful house at the 360 site about a month ago now and we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We chose the house fairly late on in the process but this didn’t change the process for us at all. The spec of the house was fantastic with very little snagging issues, the quality of the build and finish is just fantastic. Charlotte has been amazing and so good with us, with us being first time buyers the whole process was very new but along with the help of Sue and Emily we were made to feel at ease and the whole process was well explained and stress free for us. Since moving in we’ve had regular contact and visits from both Charlotte and Ryan the site manager which has been very much appreciated. Any help or advice we’ve needed when hanging things like tv’s has been brilliant, Ryan even dropped round some screws for us to use, we needed some help with the extractors not turning off and within 10 minutes and electrician was round and the problem was sorted. We’re extremely happy so far and can’t speak highly enough of the house and Strata. Each and every person we’ve dealt with has been amazing and Charlotte and Ryan are a credit to the strata team. Thank you so much 😊

Having previously purchased a new build home I was comfortable that I knew what to expect, I was wrong. Sarah, Zoe and the team at Strata have exceeded my expectations at every turn. At the initial meeting with Sarah I was made to feel very welcome and at no point did i feel like there was any pressure; like you can get at some other builders developments; to put down a deposit etc. Even though; if I'm honest; I went back and forth a few times with my decisions I always felt like Sarah and the team were patient and helped me understand all options available to me. The offer and overall package I got from Strata was excellent and on reflection I feel like they gave me more than I would have expected from a home builder. Since moving in I've had minimal snags and definitely far less than I had on my previous new build from another company. You can see that Strata's quality control is of a high standard. The one issue Ive had with a faulty wine cooler was dealt with quickly and efficiently and my interaction with site had been a positive one.Overall i have to admit that Strata has really impressed me and I'm really happy with my new home.If you are looking to purchase a new home I definitely would recommend you check out Strata Homes.

Strata do not even respond to all of the reviews placed on here, Anthem is a mess and they let houses close to their show home look a mess. Not a good look and shows how little they actually care about the homes, the development or the people who invest in the area.It is great to see neighbouring developments look smart and presentable, I would encourage potential buyers to look there. Despite some delays due to Covid etc we…

Despite some delays due to Covid etc we have had a fantastic experience with Charlotte and Ryan at Strata 360. Charlotte has been very supportive throughout and kept us up to date. We also used Sue and team at the mortgage advice bureau and Emily at Taylor Braithwaite who were also excellent. Our Cologne is beautiful with very few minor issues so far of which Ryan is very approachable and is efficiently dealing with. Would definitely recommend.

Strata Ambition

We`ve purchased a house last year and the sale went smootly thanks to Sheereen and Sandra. Even though you can clearly see that the finishing touches of the house were done in a rush , we are alright with this as it will need redecorating after a year or two. Customer care are hard to get to when we had some issues. Still waiting for that 7 weeks snagging list to be completed but with Covid who knows when that will happen or if will ever happen.

STRATA HOMES THE COWBOY BUILDER

Two years after the last house was built Strata still haven't completed works on the site. Landscaping is not done, the builders compound and rubbish is still on site, block paving isn't finished and the development looks a mess.We are now being charged for the upkeep of the public areas that still aren't complete and look a mess!!Customer service is not a concept Strata Homes subscribes to with a catalogue of excuses!STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COWBOY BUILDER.
