Simple, efficient, friendly, helpful, 5 star for everything. The staff I’ve encountered Charlotte (Sales) and Ryan (on-site manager) have been amazing. The construction site staff have been so helpful. No problems at all. What I thought would be a stressful time, has been simple and stress free.The quality of the build is above my expectations. I would recommend the development to anyone.

Had amazing help from Karen Cole up at the developmemt site when it came to reserving a property on Strata’s new site. I went to the Featherstone site to look at a Milan build as Strata did not have a show home at Destiny and was more than impressed. I then returned to Destiny and reserved one the same day though Karen. Brilliant and exciting experience.

Brilliant before, during and after purchase service. Nothing was ever too much hassle always offered to help either everything. The purchase was very simple and straight forward and we was first time buyers and was dreading the experience but it was all made so much easier, now we have the house that we have always loved and dreamed about. Was happy with my home and the fact that Strata put right all the snags pretty quickly. Until my husband noticed when a workman was resealing the base of the shower, there was a load of detritus left underneath by the previous workman. What kind of workman does that?

Overall we love our strata home. There have been several things that have made the journey a bit rocky, however compared to reviews of most builders it is clear that strata excel. I must admit, any issues we have raised have been taken seriously and most have been resolved. We would definitely buy from strata again when we are looking for our second home.

We were mis-sold and they are now not refunding the primary reservation fee despite emailing to say they would.AVOID Strata as they only tell you what you want to hear and then will not reply to any complaint you make. We are having to take them small claims court just to get a refund they have promised us!
