GoogleAfter an initial slow start the company raised their game and started to chivvy and chase as the conveyancing took so long. They also helped with some of the documentation that was required by the solicitor, and were most helpful with the several viewings we needed for the propery.

GoogleAs landlords our experience with the letting side of the agency was very disappointing. The monthly payments were never on time, despite the fact that our tenant had paid 6 months in advance. We had to make endless phone calls to enquire what was happening; we were charged for services we didn't ask for in the contract..we ended our contract with them after 6 months.

FacebookThank you YOUR MOVE in Bognor Regis for wasting my time! Arranged to view a flat for my grandparents & no one turns up from their company & then when I call them they hadn’t written it in the diary (even though they rang me to arrange the date & time) and then continue to tell me they property has been withdrawn! Great customer service 😡😡😡

GooglePoor communication between staff (and the credit controllers). Incorrect information provided that they later try and roll back on. Avoid!!

GoogleReally poor service from a landlord's perspective, didn't collect the full rent from the tenant, lied about it and still haven't acted quickly to get it resolved. Honestly, couldn't recommend this type of service which is a shame as they used to be fantastic to deal with. Disappointing
