GoogleHaving previously listed with another agent with little to no communication or interest in our property. When moved to White and Brookes we wish we had done it from the start. They would call regularly with updates. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly but professional at all times . They would let us know when they were trying something new to raise interest and were proactive with chasing feedback from potential buyers. Once we sold we found ourselves struggling to compete to get an offer accepted on a potential purchase in a such a fast moving market. They would call me as soon as anything we might potentially like came under their instruction and made sure we were one of the first through the door. Jasmine gave me tips on dealing with other agents in the current market too. They would follow up every step of our sale and purchase throughout the solicitor process to ensure everything went smoothly. When Adam came to our property he was cordial, patient, respectful and most importantly realistic. GoogleWhite & Brooks are a re-brand of Whiteheads. Who have been bank rupt twice. They were trading as JP Fulham Ltd and Land and Planning Ltd owing the tax man over £500k. Do not be fooled by them. Please check out companies house for verification. . They are still controlled by Peter Fullegar and James Derham. The biggest crooks going. They claim on their web site that they were taken over by White & Brooks, it A LIAR the name is a combination of Whiteheads and Southernbrook. They put JP Fulham into liquidation because a law suit with a client in West Wittering who the court ordererd them to pay £10k to. They evaded this liabilty by putting their operating company into liquidation. As a shocking result of this Peter Fullegar (still a director) is driving round in a £50K Rang Rover. His registered address is 72 Aldwick Road, Bognor, who is owned by his business partner, James Derham, who, according to compines house is a 100% owner of Southernbrook who has assests of £2milliom. HOW IS THIS RIGHT?????
