Rhiannon was acting for the seller but still kept us informed and managed the chain from start to finish. It collapsed multiple times so wasn’t straightforward but she remained patient and understanding - giving us the time we needed to get things back on track. Her colleagues Tallulah and Charis were great too, always willing to step in and help whenever needed.
Ended up working with White&Brooks more than our own estate agent as they were always available and committed to move things along where possible - so would highly recommend this team

GoogleThe whole team in the Bognor office were brilliant with us throughout the experience of selling our house. They managed to find a buyer before our property went live on Rightmove. Adam was very professional and the team delivered on every promise he made during the valuation. He was undercut by another agent however by sticking to his offer, this gave us more confidence in White and Brooks. Nigel was excellent to deal with and is a real credit to the company. He was always honest which we appreciated and his communication was very good. He remembered small things from previous conversations and things like that go a long way. Storme was also brilliant. I have to say dealing with lots of sales progressors in my own line of work I was sceptical but she was extremely prompt with updates and would always find out what we wanted to know. Given the amount of files she will look after I thought that was very impressive. An all round brilliant experience and would certainly use them again in the future.
