GoogleI dealt with Nigel, Elissa and Tallulah at White & Brooks who were all incredibly professional and communicative. There were never any viewing cancellations or delays, and once I’d had an offer accepted the communication was excellent and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

GoogleAll the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rhiannon who helped with the sale of our bungalow was an absolute star. It took a while to complete due to the beginning of the chain but we finally got there and they continued to chase throughout. Thoroughly recommend them. Fabulous team of people to deal with.

GoogleAVOID. Do you really want to use the services of an agent that proposed libelling a prospective purchaser in order to shift the blame when a house sale collapsed? Choose a principled and professional agent instead.
Hi Marcus, I am sorry you felt the need to write this review. For clarity we act for our vendors and always strive to achieve the best possible price whilst offering outstanding customer service. I am sorry that our vendors not accepting a substantial unjustified price reduction after you had agreed to pay the full asking price only a few weeks before upset you so much. For clarity we have resold the property for a considerable amount more then your revised offer. I am comfortable that we handled this situation professionally and the result was our client got the best price for their property. We wish you all the best with your property search and would respectfully ask you to consider any offers before you make them as trying to renegotiate half way through a transaction may cause this situation happening again for you.

GoogleWe had valuations done by a few different agents on our property to sell. White and brooks was one of them, however we ended up putting it on the market with a different agent. It was up for around 12 weeks with no interest and not much communication or feedback from the estate agent we chose, so we decided to change to white and brooks and they have been brilliant, within 2 weeks we had an offer for the asking price so we accepted. Obviously we are still in the process of selling so my review is probably a bit premature but we have no doubts that white and brooks will make the next few weeks smooth and easy for us. They are so professional but at the same time friendly, great with communication- no chasing up like we had to do with our previous estate agent, they got our boards up and got our photos done very quickly. Our only regret is we didn’t choose white and brooks from the start! Will definitely use again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Nigel really helped me out a lot and I'm not sure the property would have sold in the time it did without his help. He communicated excellently between myself and the buyer.

GoogleWonderful service sold my house quickly & were very efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Special mention to Gemma Parker who I think did more work than both the buyer and seller solicitors combined!! She was fab, chasing and making sure everybody was fully informed at every step.

GoogleThis was the sale of my mother's home after she had to go into care. It was a very difficult time, the staff at White & Brooks were very understanding, they were not pushy in any way what so ever. They were quick to reply to any questions I had. They understood my concerns around Covid due to the vulnerability of my mum. When a sale fell through, they advised me again on the asking price, and this advice proved to be good. I was offered advice around solicitors. As a small company they were excellent in every respect. Their fees were sensible, and competative yet still offering a grrat service. Very customer focused. I have recommended them to people I know that are thinking of selling.
