TrustpilotA brilliant team - from start to finish - at Cubitt & West Southsea
The team were brilliant from start to finish. We have sold our property through them and also bought through them and there has been no weakness in their work at any stage. From the initial discussions about the sale, through agreeing the details of the brochure, through the process of bringing in streams of viewers to the final securing of the sale, the team were excellent. They have put up with our ideosyncracies, smiled through the problems we created by not quite sticking to the agreed building work programme, reassured us and the rest of the chain about the delays and finally helped us secure both our sale and our purchase. We cannot praise them highly enough and want to thank them for making it all happen.Jerry, Annie and John Owens
Dear Mr Owens,Thank you for your 5 Star Review. I will pass on you kind comments to Mo and his excellent team in Southsea.Kind RegardsNeil PiperOperations DirectorCubitt & West

GoogleI dealt, for the most part, with Harry Simi and found him to be polite, professional and a good listener. He introduced me to properties he knew I would like and never tried to persuade me. He has a knack of reading what a prospective client would like. I found also the quality of the properties on offer was excellent and the prices very reasonable.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
