Marc Steel is the best property manager i have ever come across in the 30 years of renting. He has been so considerate and supportive all the way through the 3 years tenancy. If you ever have him as a manager you have hit the jackpot. His compansion, understanding and straight honesty is second to none.

Fantastic level of customer service

My experience with cubitt and west has been fantastic from the get go. They have been very helpful and always there to answer questions if I had any. They reply super fast and if you phone them, they are more than happy to speak on the phone with you. A special mention for Julie who has been fantastic throughout my whole sale of my property. We had a few things go wrong in the chain and she has been fantastic guiding me through it!

We were on the market with another agent for 6 months, finding ourselves get increasingly frustrated, particularly with their lack of professionalism. Once we went with Sam and his team, we had a massive improvement to our advert and a buyer in a couple of weeks. Everyone in the Cubitt & West office has been very responsive, professional and just damn good at their jobs. Sam, Ruth, Rosemary and Richard (mortgage advisor) have all been excellent. If you are selling a home locally, I very strongly recommend you go with Cubitt & West.

Branch good, staff great!

The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!

We are relocating to this area and Barrie Wright from the Bognor office was AMAZING! He completely took us under his wing and took us on a mystery tour of the area and spent over three hours with us showing us all sorts of different and interesting properties. He was so friendly, so knowledgeable and was upfront and honest. He knew all the vendors names and situations and he’s clearly loved by everyone who meets him. A special shout out to Sam Collins, branch manager at the Bognor branch, alongside Karina and the rest of the team. With their expert skills, and great knowledge of the housing market, they were able to secure the sake of our house so we could move onto our forever home . Even when the last week was super stressful, they kept motivated and informed us every step of the way of what was happening . Can’t recommend these guys enough !
