GoogleI had a great experience letting my property with James. The property was rented out very quickly, and throughout the process, there was a lot of coordination to manage with deliveries and installations. James was incredibly patient, responsive, and supportive throughout. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

GoogleCerys was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of renting a property through the Blackwood branch. Couldn’t be happier, thank you so much again! She was so helpful with sorting all the paperwork and referencing for me online and it was all done so quickly. Definitely the best experience by far that I’ve ever had with renting a property from the viewing to picking up the keys!

GoogleIf I could give lower I would. Recently rented a property from them, moved out earlier and allowed them to over viewings on property whilst living in property. The house we had was furnished and the washing machine broke during our stay, the landlord couldn't be bothered to order a new one so informed us to purchase one and reduce it from the rent, when we moved out they deducted this money from our deposit which we are still waiting to have returned. They have clue about communicating between departments. I will definitely avoid in future. Thanks Peter alan

GoogleRyan Humphries at Peter Alan Blackwood initially valued my home and offered me multiple options to sell my property. I decided to go with the 0% commission structure and to sell my house securely via Peter Alan and the Modern Auction method and it has worked well . Ryan and the team provided me with regular updates on my viewings ,pleased to say we have sold the property . The whole team are helpful and a pleasure to deal with .

GoogleRyan and Tyler in the branch were exceptionally helpful and pulled out all the stops to arrange several viewings at short notice. Tyler tried hard to arrange those viewings in accordance with my commitments on the day. Mia Lock of the Blackwood Branch conducted the viewings. Mia was punctual, very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by Mia's professionalism, and her knowledge of the area and the properties. She is an asset to the Peter Alan brand and I'm very grateful.

GoogleThis is the first time we have used Peter Alan for renting and honestly wish we had considered them sooner! Within less than a week Ethan has supported us with making our viewings and now taking us through the first steps of securing our property. The whole experience so far has been straightforward, easy and professional. We are now looking forward to moving to a property agency led with full of reassurance and respect that our family will be looked after. GoogleRhys Chapman at Peter Alan Blackwood is simply a legend. I was in an urgent situation needing a place to move into within days due to a different lettings agent messing me around, and after explaining the situation to Rhys, he listened and immediately helped me with a property that had just gone up, called me back promptly, went out of his way for something that’s not standard protocol, and took care of everything efficiently, quickly and simply. If it wasn’t for Rhys, I’m not sure where I’d be living or even if I would have a place, not to mention a place I absolutely love. The excellent service and personal treatment received were both in stark contrast to the experiences I had with the vast majority of other agents I recently dealt with - in fact, Rhys was the only person who I actually felt was reliable, on my side and doing everything possible to help, which radically alleviated my stress. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rhys and briefly with other Peter Alan staff. I honestly wish I could be dealing with Rhys for all future properties! GoogleJohn and the team at Peter Alan Blackwood have given us a superb service over the past 4/5 years. They have let numerous properties for us during this time and have always been a pleasure to deal with. Although we manage the properties ourselves, John is always willing to help out from time to time by popping to the properties or liaising with the tenants if we need some extra help. As Landlords, it gives us great peace of mind to know John and the team are on hand to provide advice and support whenever we need it. We'd thoroughly recommend any Landlords to consider their service and I also know that our tenants have had a great experience with the team when viewing and applying for our properties.

GoogleDon't bother. Kept removing my house for sale even after contacting them 3 times. My house supposedly was on the market with them for over a year and I still cannot see any proof of it. Absolutely 💯 would never use this company. Even all the photos of my home were blurred and awful. Didn't even take pics of my whole house. If you want to sell your home then use another companyNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleEverything ran smoothly until I'd signed the contract! Then they started ignoring emails, signed me up to pay for water, electricity and gas 2 weeks before I became responsible for paying (which still hasn't been resolved) and haven't made repairs I reported 3 months ago. Meaning for the entire tenancy so far, half of my taps haven't worked (quite unhygienic) and my shower has a massive leak. All in all, they've wasted a lot of my time and caused a lot of stress.

GooglePut our house onto the market as needed a bigger home at first the company was brilliant that was until we had a viewing they turned up late.... then asked if we was the buyers 🤔 why would the buyer be in my house with out them ? Then they booked viewings without actually contacting us my partner had to ring them to find out what was happening with the property to be told as we are leaving for a holiday that they have viewings booked in for the day after. Then the cherry on the cake ...THEY RANG US UP AND SAID THE HOUSE WAS NO LONGER ON THE MARKET BECAUSE THE SELLER CHANGED THEIR MIND 🤯 I mean what last I checked we was the seller? When we tried to contact them we wouldn't receive an answer....in all honesty I'm happy they have taken it down now promised a sale with in 2 weeks a month later and only had two viewings that the poor sales rep new nothing about the house what so ever because she was late the whole lay out was changed yet they used the description of the house when we bought it back in 2018NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleContacted this branch recently as we are relocating from the Manchester area. Seemed really helpful at first, took our details and then nothing.... Poor service, promised to be emailed and called back and you never hear back from anyone. Spent over a week with this branch trying to actually get somewhere, eventually gave up. Wouldn't recommend.
