GoogleThese guys have helped with the sales of 2 properties for our family now. Honestly can't recommend them more. They've just done a probate sale for us, they've been respectful and kind the whole way through, and i couldn't be more grateful.

GooglePhoned the out of hours number to cancel a viewing at the last minute. The out of hours service was very professional. However, we then received a call from an estate agent who would’ve been showing us around the house in question. I might add that the reason for the cancellation is to take our son to hospital after finding out he’d been unwell at the child minders. The estate agent was extremely rude to my partner and displayed a total lack of professionalism. We’d had Hunters round to value our house too. The agent showed up late, printed off pictures from last time (we bought it from them) and barely looked round before providing a valuation. He must’ve been there for a grand total of about five minutes. We found him to be very arrogant, rude and again, unprofessional.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleWell Paul came to my flats and nothing was too much trouble , he promoted the flats he showed them round on Monday and they put an offer in on Friday . Rebecca and all the staff were great something I'm really grateful for.

GoogleScheduled viewing at property cancelled due to tennant getting covid. Agreed we would look to reschedule for the weekend if possible, but was left with them to contact me for when I can view. I am not told they have an offer accepted. Poor communication.
