FacebookSteve and Debbie have been amazing, they have looked after viewings and kept us up to date throughout. After every viewing feedback was given and the house was sold within a few months. FacebookI have recently let Duncan Raistricks sell my house I couldn’t ask for anyone better. They were always there to help with any problems you have to listen when your not sure of something. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend them .

GoogleHad to ask for a sign to be put up after 3 weeks, came to take photos and I asked for EPC person to come with him, no that never happened, had a viewing and asked for a reminder day before, no that never happened, "they said that I might of remembered, mmmmmm" day of viewing never checked if viewers was coming, never arrived and no follow up after viewing, what was I paying this estate agent for, anyway, now taken off after only a month, totally non professional

GoogleI have never sold a house living hundreds of miles away from the property. Duncan Raistrick's staff went above a good standard. I simply can't thank the staff from administration to property vendors enough. From putting the property on the market to completion was 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend this estate agency. The staff worked exceptionally well with solicitors and surveyors to achieve a market valuation sale.

GoogleOffer accepted subject to contract. Don't expect the property to show under offer on rightmove. Offers still put to vendor all of which makes for a untrustworthy relationship. This is fine but why should potential buyers have any faith or trust in both Duncan Raistrick of The vendor if this takes place. Plenty of other estate agents who are a little more reasonable in dealing with potential buyers....once bitten.
