GoogleRang and emailed for a property for my nephew they replied but when I asked if the fees they were charging was legal they never responded. Reminder to myself never ask them to let my property when they ignore interested tenants.

If either of the girls dealing with the sale was not in the office when I phoned they got back too me as soon as they were and dealt with my query asap if I have another sale too deal with I will defiantly use broomheads . GoogleShocking and unprofessional. Not bothered about the tenants or the property only bothered about being paid. Not bothered for a year to sort out the disrepair of the property and if you get or are stressed because of the disrepair they won't respond as they are not arsed.
Wish I didn't have to give the one star as that is to good for them!
They go against the tenancy agreement and will let people into your flat and garden without your knowledge and permission (trespassing on what is private property) and wind your pets up whilst doing so. Won't respond and are not bothered at all!
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The flat had languished on the list of a different agent for 9 months until we changed in February 2018; within 2 weeks a buyer was found and when the first buyer pulled out it was only a few weeks later that another appeared. Andy called me with updates every step of the way until the completion and I appreciated his support and enthusiasm.
