Me and my partner have just moved into our first place together and Broomheads couldn't have made it any easier and smoother. GoogleAbsolutely dreadful experience. This company did a terrible job letting out my house and showed a complete lack of care or responsibility throughout. Communication was poor, issues were ignored, and they clearly had no real interest in looking after my property. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services, they are unprofessional, inattentive, and completely unreliable.

GoogleI have recently sold three houses via Broomheads and find the service excellent. Good value for money and price properties as they should be rather than just for a quick sale. Helen has been an absolute star with myself as I have found the whole house sale stressful. Helen is empathic to the clients needs and updates you even if there are no changes on the sale. I would highly reccomend Broomheads. All the staff are pretty amazing too, a shout out for Jack too. Thank you Helen for helping me through this whole process. Jo

GoogleI have had an exceptional experience with Abby and the rest of the Broomheads team. They don’t mess around and get you exactly what you need straight away. I applied for a property and within a week I had the keys which was ideal to my circumstances. When I moved in to the property there was a slight issue with my shower but they had a plumber out installing a brand new one in no time at all. Would highly recommend using these agents to anyone. GoogleI honestly cant Recommend this letting agent Highly Enough they have been absolutely brilliant with us helping us secure a tenancy in record time,Esp Abby who despite being full ov flu really did go above & behond 2 help us after we found ourselves in a very precarious situation,the communication was fantastic sometimes speaking 3/4 times day plus emailing untill we found something..I really cant thank her enough she honestly saved our lives Bless Her..Thank you again Abby..😊💗

GoogleDuring our somewhat long length of time we had our small business for sale. No fault of Broomheads. But time wasters backing out at the 11th hour. (Twice). The team specifically Lisa and Donna. Helped us to the Nth degree. No question was ignored or unanswered. Helped to contact solicitor and external sectors IE council. Had to take abuse via potential clients over the phone. But kept the professional attitude at all times. I will recommend and use them again for selling or. Buying. Well done to them all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe can't Thank Broomheads enough for their Excellent service throughout the sale of my mother's house . Kevin was professional and so very helpful when he came to value the house. We had been given a previous valuation by a Different Blackpool estate agents which came in lower , Kevin assured us that the valuation he gave us was much more realistic and of much more value . I'm guessing the previous estate agent wanted a quick sale hence the much lower valuation !! Kevin had no hesitation in giving us a fair price and he was very optimistic that the property would be sold . He then handed us over to Andy , who we feel went out of his way to assure us we were in good hands , and true to his word , we were given exceptional service from Andy at all times . He kept us up to date every step of the way and within only a couple of days he phoned us to say we had viewings already . Within a fortnight from valuation , we had an offer . We were amazed to say the least . We can only put this down to the high standard of photos which were uploaded of my mother's property , and the professional manner in which Andy lead this sale through to its end . Yes we completed within 6 weeks of signing with Broomheads , and we can't Thank Andy and Kevin enough for their hard work in making this happen. Thank you very much from myself and my wife . We would have no hesitation in recommending Broomheads , our advise Would be to listen to the experts .

GoogleThrowing a single father out two days before Christmas all because landlady wants to up the rent ridiculously. I Asked for renovation (house full of mold and rotten plasterboard black mold in my son's room and just in a state of disrepair,) i said I'll pay the extra rent. So then they say we are selling up. Absolute bunch of Pillock's you have just made a 7 year old child and his single father with a heart condition with limited capability, homeless because you want your cut of the sale of the property he is renting. And not even offering anything else or any support. Been renting 5 years from you prats and now am taking It to every possible legal action to balls your plans. Stay away from this estate agents they only care about the cash. They blatantly don't care about tenants and they swindle you with rental signings. They don't provide adequate maintenance and dismiss black mold. The house was a mess on moving in took 3 years to get a new kitchen as the old one that was already in on moving in was rotting. Cutting corners on the new kitchen. Room doors not fitted correctly, cheap handles on doors house poor state all over. I also have ex tenant's to back me in how shabby the house was for them an still is. I suggest you cough up or offer me another rental near my badly disabled mother as I am at the back of her at the moment and i am her carer. 22nd October 2023 not long enough to get situated elsewhere an you know it. Broomheads you don't want to go down this rd believe me. 😡 And no we find out it's been let to the Land lords Daughter F you Landlord and Broomheads.

The sale of our commercial business had a few hiccups along the way [nothing to do with Broomheads] but these were soon sorted out by Lisa. Hi June On occasions Electric cards do fail and this can be the fault of either the meter or the manufacture of the card. We did offer you replacement cards free of charge for you at the time of your call. GoogleUnhelpful on the phone, I followed up a house for sale around £500,000.00 and the lady was not interested, didn't call me back as promised & I put a offer forward & heard nothing back or a letter of acknowledgement of my offer, followed up again to no avail, told firmly the seller was not interested in my near asking price offer, bought a house now through MacKenzies in Blackpool which id recommend, spoke to the owner Darren himself I made offer next day & im exchanging on the 3rd of March 2021.

GoogleI imagine this agents are seen as fantastic in the eyes of money hungry landlords. But if you’re renting be aware that they will leave you in poor conditions & lie about everything. I reported concerns about damp and black mould growth, leaking water pipes, and a door seal which allowed dirty drain water to pour through it, bubbling wallpaper and a broken toilet. Not to mention the render outside that would fall down allowing water access through the brickwork and broken fences (they conveniently forgot the back door key when I viewed). The locks to both the back and front door were also needing repair & the kitchen was completely unuseable due to the damp cupboards. They consistently failed to see to any repairs needed in full and lied about what they had done. They agreed for a workman to access via the back fence (which he climbed over) with no notice. I then took this further and got Environment officers from Blackpool Council to inspect. They have since issued a schedule of repairs and I have moved out. I then had a 6 week battle to get my deposit returned to me- I had to open a case with the deposit scheme agency to get this returned due to no communication or effort from them. Living here affected my health and the damp ruined many of my belongings. It seems that sadly Broomheads will only act when action against them has been taken. Disgusting agents. (Pictures are from when I was moving out- I had not been in the property for 2 weeks at this point and the mould growth was disgusting from not being there to clean multiple times a day).

GoogleWe had everything we needed and told that we were the only ones who had put an application in on the property and paid £150 application fees. Even though my partner works and has an outstanding credit score, i still needed a garantor (because i dont work) told us to bring everything down for the garantor and the garantor this being my 78year old grandmother dragged into and sat in a office for 1.5 hours while the people at the desk had to ring and keep asking the mananger questions as they didnt seem to know what they were doing. While in the office we got told to take my children out even though they said we all had to be there (not sure who they expected to have our children) anyway after all the mess around we rang back 4 days later for an update to be told the house had been let out! Appalling organisation.
Please accept our apologies for any confusion over your application. I have I looked into this for you and can confirm that unfortunately as you stated the property was let soon after your application was submitted to our office and due to this a full refund of the fees paid was issued to you. We do always advise applicants when other applications are being processed and cannot guarantee which applications will be accepted as this is the Landlords decision.
